Ordered a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato. The sandwich was rediculous. The chicken salad was so thin he was actually afraid he might cover the bread. See attached picture. That garbage cost almost $8 . Why people want to pay thousands of dollars for a franchise and run it in the ground. I don’t understand the thought process to destroy the brand name. This is the same foolishness the ruined Dairy Queen and Del Taco. See the big difference.

My day started off pretty bad from morning through my work hours and after work I just wanted something to eat. I barely go to Subway but this particular day I wanted subway. when I walked in I was greeted with a very good vibe welcome and I had 2 sandwiches to make. The worker named Phillip took my order with very nice attitude and made sure my sandwich was made at my satisfaction infact I was pleased with the service that I also grabbed a bag of chips because of his energy he was sharing with me. I told him lightly toasted and he was multitasking and I though he forgot on what I asked for but He definitely was on top of it and pulled my sandwich early which I was happy to pay for once everything was bagged. I had quiet a few food services but this one alone did everything I asked for and honestly I just might come back tomorrow just for that service. a very bad day that started to a well good sandwich he made for me. I’d definitely go back for Phillips service.

Usually the workers are very nice but I went last week and there was a hair in my footling and when I told this to the worker, she seemed upset but re did it and even though the toaster was beeping and she wasn’t doing anything, she let it beep and then ‘joked’ that it’d be burnt. Not great customer service

The first thing I noticed when I walked in. Was that the place didn’t smell very clean. Then the nasty guy behind the counter got annoyed when he saw. I had coupons and said I only had a choice of 2 sandwiches which I did not understand because the other sandwiches were practically the same price. So I went to a different Location on Lawrenceville highway and they accepted my coupons with no issues.

Workers act incompetent and they are very skimpy with the toppings. And I’m sure the bathroom works fine but the wet won’t allow you to use which is crazy. Every time I come here and ask to use the bathroom they just mumble something then say no. Also veggies don’t seem fresh at all . Banana peppers were brown. I don’t trust this place

I went in to order 3ft long sandwiches,I asked the man to use the restroom first he yelled at me and told me I needed to order first or get out. I even told him I was gonna order but needed to use the restroom, he then said no I need to order first. Mind you Walmart,Popeyes and several other restaurants are next door so if my only purpose was for the restroom I woulda went there.Needless to say i went elsewhere to spend my money but their customer service is horrible. Definitely don’t recommend

Stood waiting for close to 30 minutes while the worker prepared to go/online orders. For christs sake put a quick pause and handle my order Im the ONLY person in the store.
To add insult to injury they would not accept a valid coupon that was not expired. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Would encourage you to go to american deli or the taco place next door not worth it.
