They literally robbed us. Proof was shown that we paid for our order – yet the entire staff proceeded to talk circles around us and act as if we were making it up. The owner rudely hung up on us and refused to make us our order. Genuinely disappointed in the service.

I placed an order 20 minutes before I arrived. By the time I got there the girl had not started the order despite there not being a single person in the store. The girl making my sandwich talked on the phone the entire time right into my sandwich, didn’t toast one of them, wasn’t wearing a hat. I tried to email about it and they just sent me an automated response twice. Only eat here if you want some spit and hair to add flavor to your sandwich.

So, I’m a 13 year old boy and I just wanted to get a six inch meal. I didn’t know what I wanted so a sat down, and I could feel the employees looking at me. There were two Hispanic female workers and I know this sounds rude, but I could not understand a single word they said it’s like they were speaking Spanish. And I had a coupon for a 6 inch meal for $6.99. And once I asked them, if they could put the coupon through one of the workers laughed at me, like it was funny I had a coupon. I don’t even think she scanned it bc it was 7.99, and this has nothing to do with workers but the dr. Pepper tasted horrible. Just a bad experience all around. I do not recommend

When they’re placing the meat and cheese on the bread they hide it behind a metal plate to try and skimp you. I got the ultimate BMT which includes double cheese and I got a single serving, and a pathetically thin layer of meat. Place is a ripoff

$19 for a turkey cali? This is insane I can’t believe this. I was going to buy it because I’m hungry but the man never greeted me and just watched me stand there. Im sitting in the parking lot looking for another location. Never again, worst customer service.

I usually go to the subway at Walmart, they are always the freshest. I went to this subway on Broadway, I got a sandwich which seems to have day old bread. I order one with extra meat and definitely did not get that. I put in the special instructions to add sweet peppers I got none. I’ll make the extra trip next time. Unfortunately when you doordash it it goes to the closest one. I’d rather do pickup
