Ordered a toasted cheese with bacon, the girl repeated a plain toasted cheese with bacon. I said no, i want a regular not plain. She said ok. I pulled around paid and left and got a plain toasted with bacon. I went right back, new girl at window, i explained the error asked for the one i ordered. She said okay, $5.76. I said no i already ordered and paid. She said ok pull around. I did, they charged me at the window. Love pals but this location sucks. Also there was no seasoning on the fries.

Just wanted to express genuine gratitude towards the workers here. My husband and I hardly have extra cash to get fast food (and it’s usually Pals that we crave) and when I say I’m hardly ever let down, thank you! My husband once worked at Pals and he knows how tough it can be. But thank you all for always doing your best even if is your worst day. You all truly are making someone’s day better. All this for a hot dog and patty melt

This Pal’s seems to be the worst 1 I have experienced. Rude employees that never say hello and act like they hate being there..Food is a toss up..sometimes its ok other times not so much. I live in Gray, but going to Boone’s Creek next time..That seems to be the best 1 in JC

best pals in town. Mr Bill is amazing along with the rest of the employees. My sone is autistic and LOVES this pals. If he had his way he would have chedder rounds for breakfast and a patty with cheese and French fries everyday. Thank you all for always being so friendly and fast.

Always kind and respectful, night team are teens mostly and sometimes they do make mistakes however, call during the day with your receipt in hand and let them know exactly what happen!
They fix it no issues, the female manager has worked there for many years( am shift ) and has always been kind and respectful. I’ll never stop coming here unless new ownership/ management is taken.

Worst pals in the tri cities i have never in my 30 years had a messed up order from pals but in the last month the 5 times its at most a 5 item order and every time I’ve went something is wrong or im missing part of my food every time so i 100% would not recommend the pals in gray tennessee its worth the drive to go to a different location for better quality and service.
