Went for 2 subs. They still had the Happy Gilmore cups, tried to get one and the employee was going to charge for a drink. I didn’t care what they charged I just wanted the plastic cup. She sees the option for the cup promo prompt wasn’t there and refused the sale for the cup. Took all of them to the back and said they couldn’t be sold, being sent back wherever. I offered to just buy it outright and she tells me she can’t. So screw this subway.

I hadn’t been to Subway in at least five years but figured I’d give them another try. The sandwich was OK, certainly not great and not really worth the $13 it cost, but not terrible; what WAS terrible was being asked to tip for counter service at a fast food restaurant. There’s no option to not tip on the card reader, so you have to manually enter zero. I ended up tipping because it was just easier (obviously why they do it that way) but I won’t be back.

Pitiful excuse of a cold cut. Just baloney & a peice of salami, half a slice of shriveled provolone, and no ham in sight. Not toasted as per request, soggy bun. Gross.

My daughter and I ate here 11/23/25 and both of us got really sick. My bread was so burnt you couldn’t even eat it and I had a hair baked into my bread.

Walked in on my lunch break to get a sandwich and was told I couldn’t order because there were kids in front of me. When I asked the kids if they ordered they said yes but they were just waiting, and then upon trying to order my sandwich. The person that was in front of me, started ordering 5 sandwiches. One employee started helping her. The other just stood there. I wasn’t even asked if I needed help. The employees are extremely rude. Every time I walk in there, they’re rude.

I loved the Turkey bacon avocado wrap I had on a spinach wrap. The lady that prepared it was so nice to me and very polite. The place wasn’t very busy and she was very quick about making the sandwiches. She very good about her work and very personable to her customers and that what makes a good employee.

Tiffany helped us and she was wonderful, very smiley and positive and talked to us the whole time. Our sandwich is delicious and she was amazing. Give Tiffany a raise or something! Will be returning for sure

Food is good, they usually only have one worker who doesn’t know what they’re doing. They take way too long to make one sandwich and if you have a coupon, it depends on who is working otherwise they don’t know how to use them. So if you have a subway coupon go to a different subway. The one worker is usually lazy, slow and doesn’t know how to multi task. There should at least always be two at a time so the one doesn’t get overwhelmed and mess up on the sandwiches.

Don’t bother calling in an order for pickup, whoever runs this Subway doesn’t like to fill phone orders until you show up. Its happened to me and one other person I know.
I called in an order for 5 sandwiches. I asked them to be ready in 45 minutes. I show up 45 minutes later and they have not even been started. There is not a single customer in the store to explain any sort of rush they were having. They just don’t want to make the sandwiches ahead of time in case I don’t show up. So my quick walk-in-walk-out turned into 15 minutes or so. Its not the end of the world but it was rude of them.
Its perfectly fine with me if they have a policy of not making phone orders ahead of time to avoid fraud. Just TELL ME ABOUT IT when I place my order on the phone, i have no problem with it if I know ahead of time.
The young man who made my sandwiches was fast and efficient and made them exactly as he should have. I don’t blame him but I do blame whatever management decided on this “policy”.
