The quality control of this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst that I’ve seen. I stopped by after a few early classes for some donuts and coffee, and when I received my chocolate vanilla creme-filled donut it was not only the smallest donut I’ve ever seen (my hands aren’t very large), but also stale. There was nearly no vanilla creme inside, and I’m just overall really disappointed.

The staff here deserves 10 stars!!! I placed a mobile order for my cousin to pick up because it is her birthday! I called the store and asked if they could write happy birthday on the cup! Just for something a little special! The person I spoke too was so eager to do so and extremely friendly!!! Not only did they write on the cup, they also gathered around the drive thru window to yell happy birthday, and also gave her a donut on them!!! They didn’t have to do any of it at all, but THEY DID!!!!

Food is terrible. I always get coffee and a donut. The girls are extremely rude and short. Management needs to do something about these attitudes! I wait 10 minutes in line every day. It’s fast food right???

I stop at the dunkin on occasion on my way to school. The past 4 times i’ve gotten different menu items, they’ve all tasted like either chemical or freezer burn. This morning, I ordered bagel minis, I took a bite and they were still cold in the middle. They’re supposed to be warm in the middle. It’s just disappointing. I know that they use hot hold for the hashbrowns but anytime I get them they taste very much like chemicals, are burnt and are very stuck together. The workers are all very sweet to me anytime I go, the food just never tastes how it does at the other dunkin’s.

I literally get the $6 meal deal. Before I can get to the window my food is ready, but That medium hot cup of coffee forget it. Seven out of ten times “please pull around” medium coffee four creams four sugars just cant be sent out in a timely manner. It took five minutes today for my cup. Needs just shut down everybody fired and somebody else run the place.

Whats the point of placing a mobile order 20-25 + minutes prior to being there for it not to be ready ? I kindly asked and was met with an older rude lady telling me to wait and go sit down. Extremely disrespectful staff. People who came in and ordered while i was there got their drinks before me.
