I really enjoy this place normally. They’re listing a special with stuffing and they don’t have any and they didn’t say anything so the sandwich shows up with almost nothing in it. I ordered delivery and half the order doesn’t come because the driver doesn’t grab the chips and nobody gave them the cookies. It was kind of frustrating to only get part of your order and then on top of it to not get told that the main part of the special isn’t actually available. So what I paid for cranberry sauce.
That would be fine if the person on the other end of the line had actually been apologetic but all the young person who answered the phone did was talk back to me and tell me how it’s not their fault and they can’t control anything. I’m going to think twice before I order anytime soon.

Amazing experience I just had with the whole crew that assisted me and gave me great helpful advice tips on a subway sandwich(THE BOSS) and the bread That will not only get me full but keep me warm with amazing flavor sauce choice that was recommended with my fresh brewed tea and bag of chips on the side. Jo-Ann manager, Ronin, Michael, and Dani was the PERFECT crew to have, sorry if I miss spelled your names and everyone was very professional and spoke well mannered words and super nice. I highly recommend them to be able to work all day everyday day and train more people to be just like them. My first bite of my subway sandwich was amazing and burst with flavor with all the sides I chose to add on it also. Keep up the great work everyone that worked today’s shift at about 11:25AM. If you need a healthy and fulfilling meal, then come to Subway in the morning breakfast selections they have available now for when your on my way to work, lunch break selections, and perfect dinner for your family to take home and don’t be shy to ask for extra selections to your subway sandwich order on the menu.

Absolutely GREAT sandwich maker. Absolutely TERRIBLE manager/operating partner. The one man making subs (only one without a name tag)with the great attitude and doing subs correctly MAKES this place! Too bad undercover boss can’t come in here and see what great customer service he is offering. Can not believe that the manager came in and disciplined this employee in front of multiple customers. Completely unprofessional. The employee was doing great, which the manager didn’t see because he just showed up. I hope this gentleman gets the recognition and support he deserves!

The one native guy that has worked there for a long time, he may be a supervisor of sort, definitely needs training on customer service badly. He treats customers horrible. Wade, the owner or his son, needs to speak with him and send him to training to treat all customers better. It’s a hit or miss with him. He will be nice to one person and terrible to the next. I love getting my subs from here, but this worker makes me want to skip this business.

I cannot even believe what happened. The subway was drenched in snow and the first thing that happened was a snow ball being thrown at me while a worker shouted offensive words. I was immediately thrown aback, but I stayed regardless because I got stuck in a ditch and I hadn’t eaten in like 2 days. Anyways I ordered my meatball sub, but they wouldn’t let me order olives on it. I was livid and I got kicked out. How rude.
