Little hole-in-the-wall Subway that I wouldn’t have been able to find in Valdez, had I not used Maps. LOL Very little signage, so I almost wondered if it was open. But inside, it’s big, lots of seating, very clean, and bright. The best was the service. The staff was friendly and eager to help and great conversationalists, all while maintaining accuracy on your order. You don’t get the same experience at the Wasilla Subway….

Hands down the best Subway I’ve been to. The staff is always so nice. They are quick, friendly, and ready to serve their customers. I’m a routine customer and have never had a bad experience. Always an easy grab and go lunch place here in Valdez!

This is the cleanest, and sharp looking Subway I’ve ever been in – bar none. The tables, chairs, wall, floor, it was all immaculate! It was just after the lunch rush, and the counters, and food bins were fresh and full.
As usual the food was great. The new Subway menu really improves the quality.
Beside that, the staff were all happy, clean and polite.

This is the only subway I eat at in the whole state. It’s always top notch and great service. Except today. I went in asked for a sandwich. Raymond was exceptionally nice and welcoming. And got my order going. This other lady took over. I did not get her name. I asked if I could get lots of onion and green peppers. She explains she puts only 6 on and if I want more she will have to charge me extra. I was baffled. I explain I didn’t mean to word it like that but they only put a little on and I like a little more. She explains the picture on the wall to be her reasoning. That the pizza only allows 4 olives. Me and the customer behind me were baffled. I said it’s fine the way the sandwich is thank you. She puts only 6 banana peppers and 6 olives. And 6 pickles and 6 jalapeños. I have never been limited on my veggies at a subway. Let alone this one. She rang me up and I got my drink. She never explained that there were punch cards. And asked the lady behind me if she wanted a punch card and gave her exceptional service but me… which was weird

We needed some sandwiches to use the next day on a fishing charter. They went out of their way to separate the vegetables and liquids from the meat and bread. Our sandwiches were wonderful for the next two days. We really appreciate the extra effort!
