I am in love with this place.
I want to eat here every day.

NOTE: if you tried this place previously, you must try it again! i read some reviews from last year…. People, you must come back! The new chef is —hands down, THE BEST.

This is a Destination for excellent food and dining service.

In all of my life, I always knew I liked Indian food, but this restaurant is so accommodating to my dietary restrictions, that I am actually learning what Indian foods I love the most.

I really love the korma (slow cooked meat and/or vegetables with cashew cream). The chef at Cascade Indian makes vegetarian (vegan) korma for me, (with no dairy nor gluten!). The pikora appetizer is also so yummy… and so nourishing! Pikora is deep fried vegetables with a chick pea flour batter! Just amazing!

If you prefer regular meat and potato type dishes, they have that, too, in Indian style. The butter chicken is super popular; everyone seems to love it. But if you are like me, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and/or if have any food allergies → just let the server know! They happily oblige with their outstanding menu. Everything is made fresh: delicious and nutritious!!! I promise you, it is worth the trip into the Upper Cascades, even if just to eat!

This was our first time going and decided to try based on reviews that the food was great.

We really enjoyed our food. Our order was pretty basic -butter chicken, paneer tika masala, garlic naan and mango lassi – but it was really good!!

My only suggestion is for more ambiance. It was dead silent the entire time we were there. A little background music would have made it much more comfortable. It looked like there was an Indian program or movie paused on the TV – it would have been cool if just that was playing.

Overall, we’ll dine there again!

Our food was DELICIOUS!! It was a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant in the mountains. It’s a nice change from your normal pizza/burger place. The naan was out of this world. We tried their traditional mango drink which we enjoyed too. Definitely check it out.

Very nice restaurant in this quiet small town. They have a choice between American cuisine and Indian. We took Indian dishes, and both were awesome they have really great cheese Naan and chicken Tandoori, and you will find there a tasty Butter Chicken with basmanti rice. All dishes can be made spicy, which is really great as they should be! And drinks are very tasty and original. You can find both classic cocktails and good choice of signature drinks definitely I recommend visiting this unique place if you want to try something different

Decided to try this restaurant out after a hike. We got mango chicken, batter chicken and Josh Rogan lamb. Loved the sauces! The lamb was very tender. We were honestly surprised how good Indian food was in a small place like Concrete. Also the mango Lassi was so good, that we took one to go even though we were full.

Hidden Gem in the North Cascades!
After a long day of hiking, stumbling upon this incredible Indian restaurant was the perfect reward. The food exceeded expectations — especially the Dal Makhani, Vegetable Biryani, and Chicken Kebab, which are absolute must-tries. Every dish was rich in flavor and freshly prepared. The service was warm, attentive, and truly exceptional.

Hands down the best Indian food in Washington and I’ve tried plenty across the U.S.! The Chicken Curry here is mind-blowing, packed with flavor that keeps you coming back for more. Crispy Cauliflower, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Masala are all next-level, and the fresh homemade garlic naan is worth the drive to Concrete alone.
I’m not even a vegetarian, but their Channa Masala, Malai Kofta, and Paneer Tikka Masala could convert anyone. And if you love grilled meats, the Tandoori Grill will absolutely knock your socks off.
This hidden gem is proof that the chef here can flat out bring it. Easily the best, most flavorful Indian food in the Northwest 100% worth the trip!
