It was a mess and they had 3 employees there that were not showing any concern about the conditions of the eating area. They also made us feel rushed to leavebecause they had to get ready to close. So we sat in the car out front and ate our food and watched about 7 other subway employees go inside and it looked like they were just having a freindly get together but who knows,. I’m sure this location is fairly good any other day. However, this visit was the worst I’ve ever had from any establishment. The main girl that prepared our food was rude from the start. When we told her that we are ordering 4 sandwiches, she seemed irritated and it really showed. Again, I’m sure it would’ve been great any other day.

Out of all Subways in Alaska this is by far the best one I have been too. They’re always so clean &’ tidy , everyone there is always so helpful &’ nice. Quality is down, no good offers. Ordering online is difficult, most items show as not available if you modify your subs. I took the tomatoes out and it became unavailable, I tried all the items in their menu, and all became unavailable at this location.

I ordered a late dinner after working in Anchorage all day I thought it would be convenient to use the Subway app to order sandwiches for my family and pick them up on the way home… I placed my order just before 8pm & it was estimated my order to be ready by 8:20pm. To my surprise my order was not ready & I was informed that they were short handed and busy with customers. What prompted me to leave this review was the quality of my hot sandwich The bread was old and crumbly and flakey and hard on the ends. I also would have preferred that I was greeted with a different explanation other than being told my order hadn’t been started.
