Unfortunately, my family and I went here on our way to Anchorage. There was 2 people working and it took forever to find them. The whole store was a mess. My sandwich bread was the wrong bread and when I told them they didn’t care. The soda machine had no ice and was flat. Trash was everywhere. I was disappointed by the staff and cleanliness. I’m not sure why the staff was ignoring us or in the back but they differently should have been cleaning it was gross.

I chose a Philly sandwich because all the rest of the veggies were wilted and the lettuce had browned. The counters were not clean. I love Subway, but would recommend that you avoid this Restaurant. They must have poor management.

Great sandwiches made to order. This restaurant is an important supporter of local causes, and it stays open all winter. WiFi is extremely helpful, and the pop fountain is a great treat.
Staff have always been accommodating and kind.

Good Quick Service. We both had 6″ subs (Roast Beef and Chicken Strips Subs) with the meal option.

Don’t listen to the haters, this is literally the best Subway I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Very clean, all the staff are very nice and friendly. Plenty of room for seating.
The ideal version of what a Subway should look like. Unfortunately 95% of them don’t look like this. So yeah, very very good restaurant. Highly recommend.

Super fresh sandwiches in this subway near Glenallenn. Very neat and clean restaurant, friendly staff and great selection of fresh subs, we felt the quality of bread here was really good too.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead and then stood at the counter for 25 minutes before I had to get back on the road without my food. The sandwich makers were not prioritizing food that was already paid for. Would give zero stars if I could.

Awesome place, great service, very friendly staff, and very clean. The most exciting part for me, they have gluten free bread! The only fast food between Fairbanks and the Valley. We live in Delta Junction but travel to Palmer a lot to see family, it’s the perfect half way point pit stop for the whole family (since those that need gluten free can eat too!). Thank you for opening one here!

We ordered online, app said it was ready. Get here and they haven’t even started making anything. Guys are making 1 sandwich at a time. Obviously it’s their first day doing anything related to food prep. Just trying to order ahead and get out of town. Ending sitting in subway for almost an hour.
