The Olympic store is hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza is great and sometimes it’s not. A little frustrating though that they ask for a tip in advance when you order online so you feel like you have to in order to get a decent pizza. Also I realize when you order half and half they really guess on drawing that halfway line but really?

The last three times we’ve been to this Papa Murphy’s we have had issues. This time 40 mins late and made me wait. Time before that, they forgot one of my pizzas. Then the one befoee that they got the wrong ingredients. This store needs better management.

I ordered a family, cowboy pizza and asked for thick crust, extra sauce, and extra cheese. When I get there to pick up my pizza I look and it doesn’t look like thick crust I ask the young fella behind the counter, (is that thick crust ) and his reply was no e then told the gal at the register she seemed really upset that I should ask for something I ordered. They made me a new one and said it was. Well I’ll send a picture of it after I cooked it and maybe you can decide for your self. By the way this happen on 2/24/25 at 230pm.

I have always gone to the same papa’s.
Sometimes the crew shows little effort in making the pizza, ie a small amount of protein, cheese or sauces. But most often they are constructing an acceptable pizza. Sometimes they give me generous toppings without asking.
All in all i don’t have anything to complain about.
Except, my sons don’t like the soft crust after cooking it according to instructions.
I’d like to know how to cook it with the crust being a bit firmer.

Came here to get some pizza, and Papa Murphy’s has always been one of my favorite places. Customer service was amazing, and I was able to get my pizza fast, and satisfied. The last up front, Kyliegh, was very friendly and welcoming, and made my Pizza exactly how I asked without issue. Really good food, and very clean. Definitely a go to if you’re around the area. Thank you!

Came in on an empty Friday night at like 3:50 and was completely ignored at the ordering stand for 10 minutes. There was literally one other person waiting for food and it took ages. We ordered a single pizza, and they were certainly not short staffed. Order online I guess.
