Ordered the Philly steak and cheese with DOUBLE meat, almost no meat on my sandwich shown in the photo, I just threw it away, what a waste of money for a terrible sandwich. had to explain 4 times what sandwiches we wanted and the two ladies added wrong condiments/veggies on multiple sandwiches. If I could give it zero stars I would! We like Subway and this evening we decided we would have subway for old times sake. We went to the one on 2588 Queensgate Drive in Richland. There was no one else there inside and no cars in front of me or behind me, so I decided to go through the drive-through. I ordered what my son ordered, he cannot have a lot of things because of the autoimmune disease he has, but he does fine with the Subway steak and cheese, deluxe with extra cheese and no vegetables, because, surprisingly, he is unable to eat anything but carrots and steam zucchini..Anyways. I decided to get one for myself and my daughter. So, I ordered 3, foot-long Deluxe steak and cheese subs. I even tried to make it easy on the lady, who seemed to know what she was doing, but nope. I said It at least 3 times Deluxe with extra cheese, and she’s like “what type of bread? Do you want them toasted?” We live 40 minutes away, so 40 minutes later and $41 for these 3 pieces of bread with what looked like meat smear!! I was so appalled that I had to take pictures of this! I could’ve made deluxe homemade sandwiches and had leftovers for the rest of the week with that $41!! I will never go to this subway again and I will never use a drive-through again! Lady who worked there last night, you need to learn how to make a sandwich and not rob people! Just ridiculous! It was only us and her!!! People, stay just long enough to look at your sandwiches before for pay half a Benjamin for pathetic bread!! I should get 3 real steak and cheese subs or my money back

Ordered today at 1pm 04/16/2025 not satisfied at all workers didn’t seem to even have a welcoming atmosphere and I asked for heavy everything and got probably one of the least filled sandwiches I have got even when I do regular it has more there’s maybe 3 silvers of onion light less barley any tuna I will not be coming back to the 2588 store and will not recommend them to anyone. Hire better employers. It was 2 lady’s working.

I lived on subway in my teens. I’ve mostly sworn the stuff off due to my health but decided to give it a try. Menu is completely different. Stuff is renamed, the staff seems confused like it was never any different (i chalk this up to being 10-15 years older than them). Overall it still tastes the same.

By far the slowest, most inefficient service out there. It now apparently takes a person 5-10 minutes to make a single sandwich. Instead of taking your order and making it as you tell them, they’ve decided to write it down and have you wait in the lobby as they make multiple orders at the same time. Subway will likely be the next fast food chain to file bankruptcy with the way they operate.

Bread was almost hard but main issue was service. Blue haired girl working was rude. Hung out the window for payment. After I gave her my card she asked if I was gonna tip. I said a dollar she completed the payment at the front register. When I looked at the receipt later she tipped herself more. When I called to talk to a manager. She let me know she was what I got and if I had an issue I could dispute the charges with my bank. Apparently there will be no managers on site all week.

They always do agreat job of making our sandwiches exactly as we wanted. My wife likes the BLT with the bacon cooked more in the microwave prior to baking, they do a great job. We frequently the discount coupons that come in the mail and save about 1/2 of the price before the coupons.

Subway is always OK, the guy making the sandwiches was definitely above par. He had a great sense of humor and was helpful and informative while we made our selections. The lady helping him was the exact opposite and looked like she spent most of her work shift on a smoke break.
