Frequently have stopped here because of the convenient location. I have normally had good service here. I only remember one time that I felt like I was barely getting anything on my foot long compared to the other times I had been into this store. That time was a little disappointing because I paid around $16 and felt like my sandwich wasn’t filled enough. The hardest thing is coming in and paying around $16 for a sandwich.

I’m not one that usually leave reviews but today I feel that it’s necessary I came in to the store on Lee boulevard in Richland Washington, and was given phenomenal customer service I am hard at sight so it was really difficult for me to see how much the sandwiches were and what exactly you know we’re on them etc the young man that greeted me Jeremiah was more than happy to go over the menu with me. Every time I come to this restaurant the team is always upbeat focused and working well together. I drive an extra almost 7 miles to come to this restaurant just because of the phenomenal customer service highly recommended

Coming from someone who has worked at subway this is the worst one ever. The employees act like they dont want to be there, are not friendly and very slow. When i worked there we had to greet everyone and MOVE FAST. I mean ppl go in on their lunch breaks. Today i went in, the drive through was closed ( a car parked in the entrance) 1 worker working. A girl in front of me for her pickup order that hadnt even been started. And the worker was extremely slow and rude. Come on…

I ordered on the App at 12pm and my food was ready at 12:15 on the app. I went inside and they were decently busy but had 4+ staff on duty. Usually Jefe I think his name is, he usually helps us and is quick. This time, they kept taking orders behind me and ignoring me, until I got to the register and was ignored again and finally said “Excuse me, I keep getting skipped and I ordered before anyone was inside this store” She finally asks my name and hands me a sandwich that’s been sitting in the back for probably an hour now. It’s now 1:]5 and I finally got my sandwich. Terrible customer service. Nobody smiles, rude workers and the guy that came in with army pants clearly has an attitude. You just got on shift buddy, leave your problems at the door. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer with your bad attitude.

Music is too loud for the “sandwich artist” to take orders. She put the bare minimum of toppings on my first sandwich (that she put mayonnaise on when I said mustard, after saying almost everything 3 times for her to hear it) and even less toppings when she had to remake it. Absolutely horrible service and recommend going to the one just a mile or two away off of George Washington Way because there’s no way in hell the service could be any worse then this place. If i could put 0 stars I would.
