Food was good, although a special thanks to the young man (do not have his name, receipt only says “served by 0502″) at the Subway at 1225 N. Ruby who actually understands what ” crispy” bacon means! Service was very fast, accurate and friendly, facility clean and parking convenient. Definitely will go back.

We ordered online on 04/03/2023 around 5:50 said order would be ready around 6:05. Order was not ready, then the 16 yr old that was working by himself was very rude, unprofessional, thought he could tell me where I could stand when making my sandwiches, also argued with me when I ask for a fresher bread on one of the sandwiches, for our two meatballs sandwiches said they were out of meatballs!! Then when I asked did he have more meatballs he said No, I asked him you don’t have meatballs in the back he said said yes SMH!! NOT ONLY IS THIS KID RUDE HE IS ALSO A LIAR. BEFORE LEAVING I SAID I WILL BE CALLING TOMORROW, HE SAID GO AHEAD MY MOM IS THE MANAGER LOL. I SAID OH NO IM CALLING COOPERATE.

Employees are always friendly and personable when I stop by for food! One employee was thoughtful enough to wrap up tomatoes on the side so they wouldn’t soak my bread until I got home. When I get subway I come to this location!

It’s been a couple weeks… but this Subway really stands out. The employee— she was very courteous, nice and welcoming. The place itself was clean and never got overcrowded due to a job well done by the employees. I wish I would have gotten her name so that she’d get credit for being a “model” employee.

Subway has been a past time and a favorite for my family for a very long time. This location is in my opinion above and beyond the best one this side of spokane. We were out for an appointment and actually live near a few other locations but after how amazing Christy and the other gentleman’s (whos name l unfortunately did not catch) customer service was today I would be more than willing to drive the distance to return.
