AWFUL. Ordered a tuna sandwich delivered and no tuna on it. Sandwich looks great but no meat on it at all. How hard is it to make a sandwich???? Called and was told to come pick up a replacement. Had it delivered for a reason – I’m at work. TERRIBLE customer service! Disputing the charge on my card.

They’re fine if you go in person, but they cannot handle orders through the app. They’ve forgot my online order a few times also they never update the status so the sandwich could be done for a long time before it even says they’ve started it on the app. I’ve ordered a bunch of times on the app and never got my sandwich in under ~25 minutes. Just go in person if you want a sandwich here

I guess you have to be there to get good, well made sandwiches, both of them had small amounts of meat, maybe 1/2 of the sandwich had meat. Literally 3 pieces of spinach and barely any lettuce. I will definitely not order from them anymore. Not trying to be a Karen but when you have limited funds to spend on food it would be nice to get food worth the cost. They probably make lots of sandwiches, but just because we order it to be delivered doesn’t mean you get to make low quality food. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied that my limited funds were wasted.

Ordered an Italian BMT online, it was prepared promptly and ready when I arrived. Toasted as I asked with the correct veggies and sauces, however it was turkey only no pepperoni, salami, or ham. I gave them a call and they offered a replacement for free. Kind staff, they were apologetic for the incident and said they would look to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
