Super slow service. Took 30 minutes for the worker to start my order with only 2 people in line in front of me. Fast food is not their specialty. Other Subways I’ve been to have much faster service. Judging by the reviews on here, this has been going on for a long time.
UPDATE: Sent in a complaint through the Subway website and never heard back from the owner. I won’t be eating here again.

I stop in at this Subway all the time, and I always have a good experience. I usually order the steak and cheese, and they always make it just right, never rushed, always tasty, and exactly how I like it. Even when the line is long, the team works hard to keep things moving quickly without cutting corners.
I will say, it does suck that they’re often short staffed, but that’s not on them, if more people wanted to work, it wouldn’t be that way. Despite that challenge, the crew here still does their absolute best every day.
And I have to give a special shout out to Ashley, her service is exceptional every single visit. She’s friendly, attentive, and honestly carries the whole team with her energy and dedication. She makes the experience so much better, and she’s the main reason I’ll always keep coming back here.
If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this Subway is the one to go to.

Just went there today. No more than 20mins ago, In front of me was 2 people with 1 person at the counter. Each person in front had very small orders (sandwich maybe a meal), this process took nearly 10-15mins to be completed while one of them was over halfway done with their order. Eventually a second person came out to help. These individuals moved like snails. Between me and my spouse we ordered 3 thing. 1 ft long, 1 ft long nachos, 1 6in sandwich. There was next to zero communication between the 2 workers. One of them was a lady on the bigger side with pink hair and the other was a girl named Ava. The nachos were ordered as is, Supplied in the pictures is what i received as well as a snippet from the subway website with what they are expected to have on them. At this point they hadn’t said more than 10 words asking nothing beyond sandwich, bread and cheese. Not asking about getting it toasted and just walking away. They then proceeded to forget i had even order the nachos and had them sitting on the counter in which i had to remind them. At this point i had already been in line about 25-30 mins. The place was NOT busy in any sort of fashion, 2 others showing up while i was there. After my sandwich had already been sitting on the counter for 3 or 4 mins i had to request it be toasted once i actually had the attention of a worker. My nachos as shown in the picture are clearly missing many of the items they are supposed to come with, Burnt edges, dry chicken and cost 5$, At that price i could go to a gas station and get 2$ nachos with fake cheese and chili. I don’t know what was going on but this wasn’t the first bad experience at this location, yesterday i got a hot honey pepperoni sandwich that also was made incorrectly when ordered as is. Zero customer service, Zero knowledge on the job they are supposed to perform and speed that could be better described as watching paint dry. If i saw the individuals working mentioned above again i wouldn’t hesitate to turn around and walk out. If management actually sees this review, This is what is happening at your store.

Layla did an awesome job handling a rush, and was super kind and patient despite there being a full lobby. I came in with some extra odd orders and she was more than willing to meet the requests. The line was clean and the food looked super fresh. I was impressed with how orderly it looked since it appeared she was working by herself despite being slammed. 10/10 job!

Came in during lunch hour, there was one guy with 2 sandwiches in front of me, took about 8 min before they started on my order, and I had 3 sandwiches and was in the building for over 20 min, another older couple behind me walked out. All this time only 1 out of 3 workers was making sandwiches, while other 2 were talking in the back, looking for some sort of pan, they both saw what was going on in the lobby, because they periodically walked back and forth to the register side.

Out of all the times I’ve ordered online, food is NEVER ready on time. I’ll usually order it an hour and a half before scheduled pickup and it usually takes another 30-45 past that and never even started when the online says it’s ready and when I show up. Maybe it would help if there was more than one person working and a novel idea.

Don’t order online said order was don’t after 15 min then took another 15 min to start order once I got there. And there was no one in store when I got there and it still hasn’t been started point of online ordering is your busy and don’t have time was almost late for work. Though it was normal but since then gone to 2 others subways and the food is so much better and no wait it’s actually done before the app says.
