Walked in for 3 sandwiches, no one else was there. One single employee. He wrote down every persons order at the very beginning…without even being able to see what veggies they had or anything. This portion took forever, I have never had a subway employee stay in one place and write everything down, it was super inefficient. The craziest part is that even with it being written down, I had to keep reminding him to add vegetables that he just wasn’t remembering I ordered…even though it was written down. All of this just to get home and realize he didn’t even add any of the sauce I ordered. Which I didn’t know he forgot because he supposedly added the sauce without me seeing, my partner even asked to be sure. (…yet no sauce)
I’m vegetarian and with family for the holiday, we stopped by subway to make sure I had something to eat. Now I’m sitting here hungry.
This is besides the point but I also went into the bathroom and…this is what their toilet looked like. And there was trash in the floor.
So even when it’s dead, you won’t get what you asked for and the bathroom will be gross.

First of all it would be nice to see the sandwich being made right there and then. My biggest grievance is that I was at least $2.25 overcharged, and there was not enough meat on my sub. For a fast food place it was a little slow. There was a single person; with a single sub ahead of me when I walked in, and it still took about 7 minutes. However the place looked clean as far as I saw, and the food was up to par.

This place used to be great. Now they have gone down hill. First off, a good portion of their menu is only available online. Also, the two ladies were rushing us through the making of the sandwiches. This isn’t the same small town subway where the service was really great and the servers were kind.
They now have a covering on their workspace so you can’t see the ingredients they are putting on the sandwiches anymore. Also they didn’t put half of the things I asked for on the sandwich, not to mention the meat in the cheese steak was just sad. This all could have been avoided if we could have seen the construction of the sandwich. There was no cheese, just sauce. No lettuce like asked for, and the prices are sky high for the quality you won’t recieve. Don’t make the mistake of coming here for anything cheese-steak related.

Iyannia the manager was incredible. We came in after a long trip and she printed out some coloring pages for our kids and put on fun music for them to dance to. She was so friendly and understanding, you can see the family values she holds in everything she does.

Don’t bother going here because the employees have no idea what they are doing and will end up overcharging you. Not to mention I witnessed an employee (Mike) use the same gloves to make sandwiches, touch the cash register, and then proceed to make more sandwiches without washing his sweaty hands and putting on a new pair of gloves.

This morning I waited for 40 minutes for my samminches and they still weren’t toasted, he could have at least heated up the steak and eggs. The thing that got me was that the manager tried to lie, she said the oven wasn’t working properly which wasn’t true because the worker had already told me that he forgot to turn it on. There’s no excuse for lying!
The guy tells me after I paid that he forgot to turn on the oven so it’ll be a few minutes, kept saying it’ll be just a minute. After 40 minutes I left upset and get home to find completely cold steak and eggs with soggy bread.
I call and he asks me to bring them back so he can retoast them, mind you they’re fully topped. I asked to speak to the manager, who was there when I was but paid me no mind sitting there all that time. She tells me I have to bring them back to be retoasted or return them for a refund. It was the lying that irked me the most!
I could have started work early than wasting my time, figured I had extra time so stop and pick up breakfast.

I was pleasantly greeted when I came into the store, then they asked what I would like and wrote down the orders which I enjoyed. I was able to actually sit down and relax and was told when my order was ready, It felt more like a resturant which was a lot better then standing around and waiting or having to repeat myself. Then to top it off my sandwich was loaded and clean! Definitely will be making the drive out to Zillah every time.

Had the typical Subway experience. 7 meals with some being breakfast and some being lunch. Nothing out of the ordinary either way. Would return. Stopped while traveling on I-82.

Interesting subway! They write down your order then you just have a seat while they make everything. I’ve never seen it done that way.
Unfortunately they force you to “modify” one of the predefined sandwich options and put barely anything in the sandwich. They also ended up putting stuff on mine that I didn’t want. If they did it the normal way, and made the sandwich in front of you, that wouldn’t have happened!

After our Granddaughter’s soccer game we went there on a Monday night. They had ONE employee working and she had numerous parents show up. She absolutely ROCKED it! Yes it took a bit longer but she was so poised and attentive and she made sure each customer got their order right. Yep I will go there again.
