Ordered pizza, loaded chicken, cinnamon bread bites snd and a 2 liter of Fanta. Deliver driver arrives and says she forgot my pop and all the dips. I ask for a credit and says she needs the receipt, so I go back inside and get it for her. Week later call to use the credit and the manager proceeds to tell me next time I need to call. Because they can’t believe their drivers. Says sorry there isn’t anything else they can do. I understand it’s like 10 bucks. But the fact that your company stated they don’t trust their employees and it is the customers job to ensure they request the credit them selves raises some serious management concerns. It also shows zero concern for their customers, and a complete lack of problem solving skills. I won’t ever order Dominoes again. I would suggest you do the same!

We ordered and paid for our pizza. When we went to pick it up, our order was not even started. The manager was extremely rude and demeaning. She said it’s the systems fault, not hers. She did nothing at all to help us. We waited an additional 30 minutes. While we were waiting, she let a pizza fall on the floor. Then she picked it up, and by the time we got our pizza, it was burned. So very disappointed in this Dominos on Ninth Street and by the manager Audria.

Alyssa who said she was a manager was rude and hung up. Took me 15 min to order a cheesy bread and pizza because the person was new which is totally fine but then after he said 20 min and I waited almost an hour and a half I checked on it and they said they messed up it wasn’t done yet and then she proceeded to give me a attitude say “I told you it’s on the way” (which she did not say that at all) and hang up on me. Alyssa, watch out I’m coming for your job because that was the worst service I ever experienced and I work in the industry. No need for rudeness like that when I’m just trying to feed my kids. Go walk in the street where u belong and get hit by a buss 🙂

Waited 2 hours for a delivery less than 2 Miles away, when they did deliver we were missing a 2liter of soda and all our dip cups. When we notified the driver of this before he even left the doorway he said “oh they’re in my car” and then left without giving us our items. So i originally tried placing my order thru the app(bugged and doesn’t work) and i kept running into an error. So I gave them a call to let them know it wasn’t working and i wanted a specific deal. Some lady tells me she can’t put it thru because it’s only a deal on the app. I’ve managed a dominoes for 2 years. you can DEFINITELY comp the price to the deal. So after no luck there I finally figure out the app. I specifically put car side pick up . I have a newborn in the car by myself. Once again the app isn’t working for me to tell them I arrived. I call again. Same woman answers. I tell her the issue. She tells me I have to come in. I tell her there’s a child and she kindly disregards what I said. I come inside. Some guy with a beard super nice. Ask. Me my name. And hands me th order. Very simple. Why couldnt we have done this over the phone!? Terrible service.

I only live 3.3 miles away from the portage St location. I live in pavilion Estates which is literally down the road from portage St and they say they don’t deliver here!!! Management or the owners need to reconsider their area to which they deliver if they want more business!

People with dirty fingers and dirt under their nails making the food and nasty attitude people running the registers! Absolutely gross! No hair nets and dirty uniforms! The Health Department WILL BE NOTIFIED about the condition of your kitchen!

I ordered the “Any Pizza, Any Toppings” deal and it was a waste of money. The first pizza was made wrong, so I had to have it remade. When I received the remade pizza, it had almost no toppings at all. There was literally one black olive piece per slice. If you advertise any toppings, you should actually put them on the pizza. Really disappointing.

I generally have no problems. Tonight was very different. Some of the issues that were noted were the pizza tracker was saying pizzas were ready but they were not. There were 3 customers besides me that had to wait for pizzas were that were supposedly ready. I ended up waiting at the store for over 40 minutes. I was told my pizza was coming out of the oven at least 3 times. I witnessed one coming out of the oven after 40 minutes. The other was pulled off a shelf where it had been sitting for a long time. The other issue was with the staff dropping F- bombs and other profanity, no kids were in the store thank goodness. With the open concept kitchen please remember the customers hear everything. It’s not professional. Hoping that you guys get it together, been coming there since you opened. It is normally a great place to get pizza.The food was good, (one was a bit cold). The customer service needs work.

Miguel and Jesse are absolutely amazing. The website kept trying to send my delivery order to the Gull Rd store for some reason. Called and spent over 10 minutes trying to figure that out. Ultimately they suggested I place my online order for carryout and they would change it to delivery. 10 out of 5 stars for service and just general helpfulness.
