Worst sandwich I’ve ever received, chicken bacon ranch melt with NO bacon, overloaded with sauce and no option to choose toasted vs grilled. I called several times to speak with the manager and was hung up on multiple times. Went there in person and she threw my sandwich away, yelled at me in front of a lobby full of customers and refused to make this pregnant woman another sandwich or refund my money. I just wanted my sandwich since I am eating for 2, I ordered a 6” and the bread was so hard it turned into a 4” due to it being non edible.

This place is discussing.! To find out that the workers have moldy bread and try to cut it off.!! To sell it, That’s so gross.! Ive called them that night and the girl working that night was rude and called me a liar on the phone. I have a picture of the bread and it was a $41.94 order.! I have been calling to get a refund and it goes to voice mail. I have call about more then 20 times and I get nothing. This place is disgusting.! NEVER AGAIN.! Going to call corporate.!

I had to tell the employee 4 times I wanted a footlong. He would say 6 in and I would respond a footlong. The final time I had to yell and said for the 4th time!!!! I ordered avocado and the young lady was scrapping the container instead of getting fresh one! The Subway app was also not functioning!

they charged us for bacon when bacon already comes on a #20 and they didn’t even scan my coupon my total was $28 when the coupon was 2 footlongs for $16.99 and with a extra charge for bacon plus tax there’s no way the total should have been so high. never coming to this subway again first subway that charged me extra for bacon that comes with the sandwich

Service was ok, but they have this policy where you can only use one coupon… my partner and I had a coupon each for a 6’ and we were only allowed to use one??
We left with one.. I recommend using a different subway that don’t tell you “since you came in together you can only use one”
