We walked in and all the chairs were put up over an hour before closing. The man working asked if we had an online order. We said no and he said “it’ll be a while” and walked away. We left 🙁 very disappointed in the lack of sandwich haha

Daniel has horrible customer service. The guy didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and was very rude to me. I would not want him working for my business at all. Horrible and rude person. Meanwhile the restaurant was completely empty. What a joke of an employee.

Went in for my favorite Italian sub sandwich. This is the worst Subway sandwich I have ever received. The bread must have been two or three days old it was like trying to eat a sandwich with bread you could have broken a window with. Huge letdown that they would even build a sandwich on bread that was that old and hard. I will never eat at this Subway establishment again..

I am not giving a one star because of the workers. I’m giving it because of MANAGEMENT.
It’s busy. And there is 1 person working the line.
She did a great job and went very fast but when there is over 6, people in line and she’s alone at 6 pm something needs to change. She had computer orders, door dashers coming to pick up orders the phone ringing and I am surprised she was able to even handle that.
Over all jade was very kind friendly and very apologetic to the customers in line including me. store was clean. Bathrooms were spectacular.
This is absolutely ridiculous. The other subways always have two workers especially at night. Why not this one???

I didn’t get his name but I went in today & he was the ONLY worker! There were 4 people ahead of me. He had 5 online orders and there were 5 people behind me. I stood in line 40 minutes on my hour lunch break but No one in line complained! We all seemed to thank him for his hard work. He worked really hard and didn’t complain once either. He deserves a really good Christmas bonus and a raise! Management should really step in and help when short staffed like that!

A staple was found in one of our sandwiches. When the employee asked how our meal was, we mentioned the staple. The employee went on to explain that it was impossible for a staple to be in the food, since the stapler was kept on a different counter. Fortunately the staple did not cause any mouth/tooth damage. But this Subway should probably provide some food handling and customer service training.

I walked in and was greater 3 times by the same person. Its like he didn’t remember he already greeted me. He then tells me the only bread they have is Italian herb and cheese minus the cheese because he forgot to put on before baking it. I then asked for cheddar cheese. Oh they are out of that too but they have shredded cheese. Fine. I ask for olives. They are out of olives. I wanted a cookie but they were out of all cookies. They had no iced tea and we’re out of medium cups. Finally I pay and wait for my receipt. Guess what. The receipt printer isn’t working. This subway sucks. I don’t blame the workers. The manager and owner are to blame.

They were very busy, should’ve had 3 working upfront but line went ok. The Italian Herb bread tasted like it was 2 days old not freshly cooked. Both ladies were very nice.

Had great service tonight. The young lady was alone behind the counter. She moved 3 pickey young men through the line with calm efficiency. Then came to my wife and I and immediately told us that the only vegetable she was out of was lettuce. We had seen and my wife wanted lettuce so we told her to go ahead and cut some because my wife wanted it. She apologized again and we reassured her take her time we were in no hurry. She got us done and went to preparing. We were very happy.
