Came to Subway this am to get a quick bite to eat. It’s 8:50 am and I’ve been standing here with my daughter for 15 minutes, while the gal inside sees us standing here. She yells at me from behind the counter and locked, closed doors we’re not open. I said excuse me but you have your open sign on and yours hours posted say 8am-9pm M-F. She screams back at me, not today. And continued to completely ignore us. I have never had something like this happen to me. She was extremely rude and unkind. Hopefully you adjust your schedule if you don’t open at 8 and please turn off your open sign.

The young guy with curly hair that helped me did an awful job at making my sandwich. He literally just threw my options on the bread. Didn’t put it neatly on there at all. He didn’t separate the cheese, so it was really thick. Overloaded it with spinach, but only put two little slices of tomato on and tried putting only two slices of cucumbers on. I had to ask for more cucumbers. When I unwrapped my sandwich it was already falling apart without me grabbing it. It was way too messy. Worst subway experience I’ve had yet. If a worker or the worker reads this, please SLOW DOWN.
Order: 6in Italian Herb and Cheese, Tuna, not baked, provolone, spinach, cucumber, tomato, little bit of mayo, and red wine vinegar. (Not a huge sandwich at all!)

I ordered online and they closed earlier so I didn’t get my order but they still charged me.

Update….I called in the morning. They really don’t have closing hours. It says seven but if there employees feel it’s
slow then they close so it could 5 or 6 pm. Who knows!
Reading the reviews this is normal thing and they open whenever too!
And I guess I m going through my bank to get my money back.

2 weeks ago they honored physical coupons. Now one worker refuses saying they don’t. When asked for locations that do , he said no clue good luck . Right down on 63rd , probably less than a mile , they honored coupons and treated us way better. Maybe Centerpoint workers just don’t want customers.

Great customer service today! We had gift cards to use and have had issues with the e-gift cards at other establishment’s so I was a bit worried to use them. The staff here were friendly, patient and kind. Thank you to the sandwich artists behind the counter today!

Terrible customer service while here. Kid with dark curly hair with headphones in helped me and I think he finished my sandwich in 1 minute he was going so fast. Needless to say parts of my sandwich had everything I wanted while other parts had nothing. I honestly would have rather him been rude cause at least I’d have a good sandwich lol

Learn English if you’re gonna work at an American fast food restaurant. Also learn how to bake your pretzels using the literal pretzel setting button instead of baking into a hard stick. Can’t even comprehend how to use their POS to process gift cards so I had to pay using my card. I see why subways across the country are closing down.

Showed up at opening time on Saturday at opening and was told by a lady her son would be right back. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting lady went to the back son didn’t come up. Left and as I pulled out of the parking spot up front they walked out from the back.
Now that I see the other reviews this makes sense it’s a pattern for sure.
I recommend going to the other location on Andresen in the Safeway parking lot. Location is clean, the staff are super efficient, and they are open (ready to serve) the hours listed on the door.

Doors were unlocked, we walked in at 630 pm. and were told they were closed. Came out to look at the hours, and it said open until 7 pm. This has happened several times. Will not be returning and will spread the word on their rudness!
