I ran a subway 12 years in Kingston wa. Haven’t eaten a subway since 2019. This is my 4th in 5 weeks. Reason doesn’t matter. I am very impressed with staff n build of sub. Customer Service is on Point. So Lexington, Wa.

What a disappointment. Ordering online is such a bad idea. My sandwiches weren’t correct and were so sloppy they weren’t even enjoyable. The sauce was all at the edge instead of in the sandwich and veggie order wasn’t followed. The updated menu is trash. Bring back the originals! Honey Mustard recipe has changed and it’s gross.

Came in tonight 06/11/25 with my son around 6 to 630 pm. Ordered three sandwiches, two were meals and some cookies to go. There were two younger ladies working up front, and a male manager in the back. I am assuming a manager. The red haired young lady was on it, but the other one I could tell didn’t really want to be there. I get it and what it’s like to be young. But the issues is when the other one rang me, I additionally asked her if she could also break a twenty. And she said she could but only had $5 dollar bills, which was fine by me. She hands me two $5 dollar bills and simultaneously puts the other two $5 dollar bills in the dry tip jar. In which she had to reach for to do so. I told her, “I didn’t say to put them in the tip jar, I will give a tip, but I didn’t say to do that!.” I feel like it wasn’t a general mistake and that she was trying to hustle me. It wasn’t busy in there. And I always tip accordingly and or we’ll enough at establishments. But I feel like she also may have felt entitled to it as easy money and or a tip is to be expected!. It really urked me for some reason, and that doesn’t just happen. We all work hard for our money these days, and it’s hard for us all to get by. I really like going to this location, but I’m considering not spending my money at this establishment again specifically.

Good service as of 08/16/23. Kind staff and easy to talk to. Was able to get food within a reasonable time. There is no ramp for handicap unfortunately, need to go up a curb. Small amount of parking, for about 10-15 cars of average size. Food is fresh in the early morning to afternoon.

The sandwich I got was the mexicali it was a delicious sandwich the guacamole was perfect and the tomatoes really bring out the flavor of the chicken and guacamole I strongly recommend this sandwich

I never write bad reviews. I always feel bad but My entire order was wrong. Even their receipt showed what I wanted. I guess they hire people who dont know how to read now. I also had it delivered and when I called the store they told me to bring it back. I had it delivered for a reason.

Super friendly staff. Clean sanitary environment. I’m happy masks are required in the store as well as social distancing especially while preparing in an open air food space. I appreciate the restaurant for providing a comfort for my family so we can eat out. Anyone who can’t wear a mask for whatever reason can easily order online and pick up, get with it!
