Went to get a meal around 2pm something at this location and was given such a very bad service.

Blonde hair, Female, Skinny, about 5’5 or 5’6, White.

Ask what sandwich we want and told her the Phillysteak. Then boom she started making it on her own not asking if we want other stuffs on it. I was wondering what was she doing. Usually we are ask what cheese, what veggies, what dressing, and etc….

Seems like she’s racist.

Bad manners, Bad customer service, Poor communication…

See photo… I’ve been to this place before and never once we got treated like this…Never going back to this place…

I just wanted to tell her off and throw the sandwich to her face… Instead I remained calm and walked out….

Went in to get the same sandwich I get every time. At this location and others. When I said I wanted just lettuce and lots of onions I was told by Trinity that she could only put on “this amount without getting in trouble” this was not a lot. It wasn’t even extra it was less than that. Confused, I asked for clarification and she says she was just doing what she was told. So I can’t blame her. But the poor management

I normally love the Subways but we continue to have bad services from 1 particular worker. This older lady works the opening shift. Dena is her name and terrible attitude is what she adds to our experience. She’s very rude and snappy and it definitely leaves a bad taste in our mouths. It might be time to retire, Dena So we can enjoy our experience and meal in the a.m. as well.

Amber is great!

We went a couple of weeks ago. There was an online special and she was there all by herself. The line was backed up but she worked hard getting everybody’s orders done.
We went this past Monday and she was there again. She had help this time but still provided excellent service!

Well it’s Subway. You’re getting actual meat and produce. Compared to what it was pre-pandemic, it’s expensive. But what isn’t. It’s still one of the best deals around for fast food.

I come here often during my lunch break however recently it has been a bad experience everytime, I order through the app and add mayo and mustard to my sandwich. They always put like 2 drops of mayo and mustard. I went back in once and the girl fixed it, then the next time it was the same. Today I ordered and added extra mayo and mustard and one side was soggy due to the amount and the other side was completely dry and gross.

Wyatt, had great customer service tonight from start to finished and its not the first time. He made my Husbands sandwich and I was a little indecisive about what sandwich to get and he actually helped alot with what I ate. He had great manners, great customer service and made a great sandwich. He definitely makes this subway location one of my favorites.

I ordered a 6-in BMT an Italian she started making me a footlong. I corrected her on that then I noticed that the vegetables were all Frozen and the lettuce was brown and then on the other side they had fresh produce and I asked I use that instead and she said she couldn’t and after I told her that I didn’t want any vegetables or tomatoes she started putting them on my sandwich anyway will there be the last time I go there.

This place is absolutely horrible, the supposed manager Gabriela or Gabriel (the one with faded orange died hair as of 12/30/23) picked cheese off of the dirty counter and put it back on our sandwich. She made us pay for it before finishing and when we told her that we didn’t want it anymore due to the uncleanness she threw a fit, threw away all of our sandwiches and wouldn’t give us a refund. We left without food and without $55. I would never recommend this location and I definitely recommend retraining staff at the very least if this is how the manager acts.
