I only go here because it’s close to my son’s training facility but every time it’s like it’s a hassle for them to make a self like I’m bothering them. And then every other subway, you can get a BMT and supplement the pepperoni turkey but with them they wanna charge you an extra three dollars and then hardly put anything on the sandwich not worth the hassle.

Went to get the footlong Nachos, and I made a simple request to add banana peppers, and the lady was not having any of it. She told me she couldn’t customize it even when I offered to pay extra for the banana peppers! I argued with her for a min until I got fed up and left without the purchase! Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning to this location! 1 star is still to generous!

Tried multiple times to understand the person behind the counter. A strong accent and not clear speech made it impossible to communicate. No apologies or attempts to be clearer even after imploring her to speak more clearly. Had to just walk away. I’ll never go back to this location.

Terrible service. I ordered the nachos. I asked for NO jalapeño, she said ok. Then she puts jalapeño anyway. I told her ” I didnt want jalapeños remember?” She says oh. Ok. And continues to box up thr nachos. I told her again as shes ringing me up and she says “I can’t change it sorry haha.”… So I just had to leave with nothing.

I had an amazing experience today thanks to a young individual wearing a turban. Not only did he assist me in placing my first sandwich order, but he also generously shared the secret roop sauce, which complemented my sandwich perfectly. It’s unfortunate that he’ll no longer be working at that franchise, but he was undoubtedly the most outstanding employee there.

We went there Sunday. At first I thought there was a language barrier because the lady wasn’t listening to my husband but figured out she was just cold & unfriendly. The interaction was awkward & uncomfortable. Will never go there again.

Sunday afternoon with a rather full mall. Walk up to the counter and both female employees are sitting down between the back area and the front counter. I try to order a tuna on wheat and she goes to the tuna bin and simply says they are out. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t more in the back in one of their refrigerators but she uses that as an excuse for me to order something else but I tell her that’s all I wanted and to disregard my order and she simply turns around and makes a smart comment to her coworker and laughs about it.
I don’t frequent malls at all but happen to be here with my daughter. Maybe it’s expected in places like this but I would avoid this place.

The mans that works there, he knows whats up. Everytime one of the ladys make my sandwich its wrong, even when I try and correct them. Example: “Can I get lettuce?” *reaches for tomatoes* “thats not lettuce” *continues to reach for tomatoes* I frantically looked for the other lady that got back from break and she was like lettuce? And the lady making my sandwich finally put lettuce on my sandwich. And it was like this for literally every single item put on my sandwich. Ordering a sandwich should not take 10 minutes from the time you start to when they ring you up. And you shouldn’t have to fight with the employees at a sandwich bar for the toppings that you want which is kinda the point. As a mall employee ill just buy the bread at Target next time and do better on my own

Firstly, having been with someone who in the past had worked at a Subway and confirmed with them, the portion was way less than what its supposed to be. Secondly the employee making my sandwich didn’t even ask if I wanted anymore toppings after closing it and wrapping it. Finally even though at the beginning we said we had coupons, they continued to make the sandwiches and only after the fact at check out informed us that they do not accept coupons, though no sign was posted. Bad service! I would post zero stars if it let me!

I thought I have gone to bad subways, but this is the worst hand downs!
First of there was o ly 2 employees, and they didn’t knew how to divide and conquer. They were charging one guy, and the other one was putting cheese on the Italian Herb & cheese bread. I understand you have to do it, but c’mon, you have 6 people in line, during rush hour, you need to be faster. As soon as the other employee finish, instead of taking our order, she took the phone and I’m pretty sure she wasn’t talking with a customer, because she was the one who dial the number. She came 2 minute after and finally took our order within confusion since you have to yell at her. At the end I ask for a soup and she said she didn’t had any left, but then I saw another customer walking away with a soup…
The whole thing was a mess. Took me easily 20 minutes to get my food.
