I like going to this Subway. The workers are always nice, respectful, and they seem to actually care how you are and how you want your sub. I am not saying others don’t, I am just saying that these workers do. It isn’t just a paycheck to them. If they know you, they talk to you and ask how you are doing etc. They will joke around with each other some but not to the detriment of their sandwich making. I am bad with names so I can’t share any, but if you go to this Subway, you will get good service.

**WARNING** BUYER BEWARE!**this location will not honor any coupons. I wasted 20 minutes having three foot longs made…only to be told at the register that I could not use my coupon… even though it was a new coupon that just came in the mail yesterday. The owner had a tiny sign hanging in a place that is not visible until you’ve already ordered. They would rather throw the food away than to honor a valid coupon that actually rung into the register when we scanned it. I left without the food because I will not support a business with such poor customer service and lack of integrity

This was the best subway I’ve ever been in. 5:30pm and it was spotless. All the bread and produce was impeccably fresh and even the tomato slices were in neat little lines. The store was spotless and the workers were attentive and focused on getting things right. Impressive for a subway.

Just wanted to give a review to your sandwich artist Will! His customer service has been 5 out of 5. I’ve come in a couple days and he’s been the only one on shift and still does an excellent job!

They ignore you here. Don’t order from here. You or your kids could die!!! I ordered my food off the subway app. It came from this store. It had things On it. I’m seriously allergic too. Tried to contact them through the app. Through the phone and emailed 3 times. No one ever gets back to me. Managers says only owner can refund me or at least make my sandwiches again. They won’t give you the owners number to call. The owner doesn’t answer emails through app. No one answers phone. I even show the order. No one can fix it but owner. I hope no one orders to this store. If something is wrong they won’t fix it. Complete waste of money and time.

I’m giving a five-star review for the man that worked yesterday June 26th 2022. His name was Travis. He was in there making sandwiches for multiple amounts of people by himself AND orders from online. His counterpart called out. That person should also be fired because we all know they weren’t exactly sick but because they wanted to enjoy the 90° plus weather outside. Travis deserves a raise and a promotion. He’s the one getting the 5 stars and not this Subway location. As someone who wants to own a company in the future I find it very appalling that the manager didn’t come in to help. Travis did his job more than exceptionally well. He didn’t miss one detail of any orders. He deserves his pay and the pay of the other employee that called out and he more than earned that.
