I’ve visited this Subway a few times since moving to the area. It had been years since I last had Subway, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it just as I remembered. It is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the drive-thru option, which is convenient when you don’t want to get out of your car or truck.

Sammie, our attendant was so sweet and accommodating. I have about 10 construction workers at my home so I went in for 10 breakfast sandwiches. She was efficient and so very aware of the fact that Subway was the only location open for breakfast. She was fast and friendly and very well adjusted young lady. Thanks Sammie!

So I’ve gone to our local subway over the past few months and with not very good results as follows…
One occasion went at about 9 AM to get a breakfast sandwich and they were closed on a Wednesday.
Then about four days later, I would buy at about the same time and they were closed again, on a Thursday and I ran into an employee who said he was waiting for the manager to open up the store. The manager wouldn’t answer his phone calls or texts for the past couple hours.
And the last visit was last week, went in for a sandwich at around noon and they said they were out of bread …. What?????

I went in and asked for a steak and cheese wrap, with the same toppings I always order, which would’ve been fine if the girl making the wrap would have know how to properly make a wrap. She rolled it the wrong way to start, and when I asked her if she would cut it in half she said “you won’t be able to eat it right if I do” . And I thought that was weird so I asked if she could re roll it so she could cut it in half and her response was “No, I can’t.” And that her “boss told her to let customers know that we can’t cut wraps in half if you want to be able to eat them.” Well, when I got home and attempted to eat it I quickly realized that I would not be able to eat the wrap in a wrap form because if I did, I would’ve had one side with all meat and one with all veggies. I’m not usually one to complain but, I feel like this could’ve been avoided, if this employee was properly trained on how to make a wrap, which should be able to be cut and has always been wrapped so meat and veggies of equal part are on both sides, as well as cut in half. Instead I’m eating a salad because the employee simply didn’t want to fix the wrap or remake it so it would be correct.
I’m paying for it so, in my opinion, It should be what I want. And I’m very disappointed. I realize it’s just a wrap but, I could spend that money anywhere else and I chose subway.

Atmosphere was okay, some areas needed attention. Nobody was at the front when my family and I came in. Worker was doing dishes in the back. The worker greeted us right way when she came to the front. When I started to order she stoped me and said they did not have anymore chicken. Seriously? The main deal of the day was chicken and the store had no more chicken. Ordered meatball, however did not taste good. Pretzel was good though.

This Subway is pretty darn good. In a pretty rural area, they offer a great opportunity to get a good sandwich. The staff is usually pretty helpful. I don’t think it’s a great place to dine in.

Jasper is one of the most hardworking teenagers I have ever met! Even during a rush she was professional, nice, and was working both the drive thru and the counter by herself. Absolutely insane! She deserves a break!

We stopped by on Thursday July 16 and had the worst service ever. There were 4 people working and the service was awful. We waited over 15 minutes to get served. There was no one in front of us. One person in the drive thru and one gal was working on that order. When we finally got service I ordered 3 sandwiches and one pretzel. Had to remind them 4 times about the pretzel. They kept going in the back. It’s like they had ADD. They need to be retrained on how to work efficiently.
