Husband and I ordered a sandwich, no bready steak bowl and cookies. Picked the order up and on our way home looked in the bag and we didn’t get our cookies. Not a big deal until I called and was told they couldn’t refund individual items. We ended up having to re order what we actually got so they could cancel the first order. Felt a Little over the top for calling UNTIL I dug into my STEAK and cheese no bready bowl AND guess what…. No steak. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this is actually the second time we have ordered food from the app at this location and didn’t get any meat on our food.

The food has been fine whenever I’ve gone, however I never go anymore because this location doesn’t take coupons for some reason and it’s $12 for a footlong now, which is insane. I know this franchise isn’t pricing their food and it’s subway, but I’m sure the franchise owner could accept coupons if they wanted to and choose not to, which sucks.

Terrible customer service. Its 7:50 pm on a Thursday and the first thing they says is we only have wheat bread so if that’s not ok we can’t help you. Then he repeats it to the five people who walk in behind us. Two leave. What’s up with the poor customer service? And why are over half of the veggies already put away? And why two hours before close is their no bread? The sandwich maker seemed annoyed when we wanted to customize our sandwiches. Anyway it’s probably worth the drive to go Mt Vernon Subway if you want customer service or anything but wheat bread.

Disappointed because it’s the only subway in town and the closest place to my house. Usually messy when I come in, lids on the cold line are never on, tables and counter don’t look like they’ve been wiped down regularly. Even late at night.
