I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Subway pizza, and when it was served, the pizza was stuck to the paper so badly that it was almost impossible to eat. When I politely requested a replacement, the staff member (a girl at the counter) was extremely rude and refused to help. This kind of behavior is very disappointing and not what I expected from a well-known brand like Subway. I hope they improve their service and train their staff better in handling customer issues.

The soda machine has been “broken” for months. They have no signs saying so. When asked they said they’re changing from Pepsi to Coke. Today everything seemed fine so ordered like normal, only to find out half of the fountain drinks are empty. No sign. No verbal warning. Nothing. And this has been like this for months. Coke should be ashamed to be represented horribly by this restaurant. Where are the refreshments Subway??? Horrible!

First time into the store late at night was great. The person at the counter was helpful and energetic and made my sub perfectly.
The second time though was awful. The girl had earbuds in while slicing meat, completely ignored multiple of my requests, and basically could not of cared less. Put on too much lettuce, didn’t listen to my sauce requests until I repeated it a third time, and really overall was clearly not happy to have to help a guest.

Bread was stale and my sandwich was a joke. Hardly any lettuce and they forgot the cheese altogether. Would have brought it back, but was on my lunch break and didn’t have time. Whoever was working at the Barkley location at noon on 8/20/24, thanks for wasting my money and ruining my lunch.

I came to leave and amazing review and am shocked by all the 1 stars. My family of 6 came here yesterday and we ordered 6 foot longs. The girl that was working around lunch time was the most amazing worker I have ever met. She was so kind welcoming everyone in and apologizing for delays as she was the only worker. She made our food super fast and had the best customer service. I just can’t say enough nice stuff about her. I wish I lived in this town just so I could come to subway when she was working to get amazing service. Keep it up girl!!! You rock!

I had the worst experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order. The worker made me a sandwich with just lettuce only and had the audacity to laugh when she handed it to me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect better service and a decent meal when I come to Subway, not to be mocked. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.”
