It would be hard to describe how this place can stay in business. What I have found, is you MUST order in person and make sure you watch them prepare it. If you order from the app, they will put ZERO meat on it. They figure you pick it up to go, there is no email to complain, and they barely speak English so no use in speaking to them about the issue. I ordered the Philly Steak and Cheese 5/28/25 from the app as I was given a deal for $6.99 for a foot long. Added lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and pickles. Got it, and basically no meat. Not even 1 layer of meat. Just a few tiny bits spread around. This is the 2nd time I ordered from the app and same result. Tried calling and they either don’t, or act like they don’t speak English. Absolutely worst value and zero customer service. Im done with eating at Subway and will patron other sandwich shops.

Never agian to will I come here. Out of the last 3 times I’ve been here the sandwiches have gotten worse and worse. Pretty sad when you take a bite and there probably maybe 2 slices of meat and that’s being generous I’d say more like 1

Absolutely worst service people there don’t even greet you not even how’s you’re day or anything not even a smile like their job is depressing! Joey the person who made my sandwich made it absolutely horrible and messy they gave me only one napkin too for 2 people. I do not recommend this place

It seems like the owner of this place just doesn’t care. The lady that was working was an older Indian lady and you could tell she didn’t want to be there and gave us horrible service. We ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and they came flat with like the tiniest amount of meat on both. I asked for a pretzel and the lady was rude and told us they only have cookies and nothing else. Also used the bathroom and they had no soap, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall and fell off when I tried to use it. Then they had no napkins and the lady disappeared in the back after she rung us up and never came back out even after I called for help twice to get some napkins. Eventually I just left very disappointed because this subway is very close to us and I’ll never come back as long as I live.

Really awful service. The lady that made our sandwiches was quite rude. She very short with me when I asked about if they had flatbread when it was on the menu. I was told that they don’t make flatbread and that subway no longer offers it I’ve been to another location recently that did have flatbread. She seemed very annoyed with me when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. When putting sauce on our sandwiches she poured superfluous amount of vinaigrette on my sandwich.

No bathroom soap or toilet sheets. Staff was on the phone and so loud it ruined my time there. She was screaming from behind the counter into the dining area. I took out my hearing aids and it was still loud. Those billing machines want us to tip in advance of getting our food. i am sure glad I did not tip for that horror verbal rant ruining my lunch. I feel worse for having eaten there.

Place was completely empty while mcdonald’s next door was booming. Employee rushed us, was not pleasant, honestly she seemed like she absolutely hates her job and could not wait to get us out of the door, we were the only ones there. Only positive thing I can say is that she didn’t ruin our sandwiches. I would not recommend this location. You’re more likely to receive service with a smile from Hitler.

Probably one of the best subways I’ve been to in a long time. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh. Four stars because Subway can only ever be as good as the food is. It’s good, but not gourmet.
