Perfect experience in every way tonight thanks to my Sandwich Artist, Jason! Jason met me with friendliness and a smile so off to a great start. I went in at 7:30 pm for dinner on Thursday to get the turkey Meal of the Day and upgraded it to a foot long for $3 more for a work lunch tomorrow. I mentioned that to him and when he was wrapping my sandwich, then he asked if I would like both halves wrapped separately, which was so thoughtful! So, I got 2 meals for $9.99+ tax, awesome! Service was fast, accurate, thoughtful, and the food was yummy, plus the shop was perfectly clean. Also, there are two reserved parking spots right in front of this Silver Lake Subway. 5* all the way!

The place is clean and the employee was great, but they have extra arbitrary restrictions on top of the already restricted coupon rules. The manager would not honor the BOGO coupon outside of the “deli classics” citing an “only one meat per sandwich” policy for coupon purchases. The coupon states nothing like that on it.

I was vastly overcharged on 7/28/25. Ordered two footlong sandwich meals (1 Veggie, 1 turkey – no additions besides basics) and three cookies and was charged $49. I was not offered a receipt. This simply cannot be correct.

Love this Subway :)! The staff is so welcoming. They always know my sub and remember the little things we chat about the weeks prior – and you can tell it’s genuine, and not “just for a tip”. They’re always clean, bathrooms included, and make really tasty subs! Highly recommend this location!

Dude was really nice, was fairly busy but acknowledged me and communicated. Sandwich was good. Produce was fresh. Employees were friendly without seeming fake. It’s nice to visit a place and seeing the people working there making the best of it, even if they aren’t raking in the big bucks. No matter what you do, do your best, and remember to smile – I’ll definitely return here.
