Wow. Asked for extra onions and got told I couldn’t have more then a small handful. I then, asked if I could pay for more onions I had no problem with that. Told no. This is the amount you get. I had already paid and rather then make a scene I just decided to leave x amount poorer and sandwichless. Thanks Subway for making it my way! Should have read the reviews before coming. Apparently the owners are enforcing this petty rule pretty tough with there employees. Must be a joy to work for this place. Sandwich “Seinfeld reference!” Lol. Never going to a Subway again

Staff could be friendlier. No “Hi!” Or “Hello!” when customers walk- in. They should make their customers feel welcome. Both employees working at this location are rude and grumpy. Seems like they don’t want my business, so I’ll take it somewhere else.

$29 for a footlong and 2 bags of chips! This “Recently” was $10. The only thing that has changed at subway is expensive famous people in ad campaigns…translation …now I’m paying those famous people for the same food – a deli sandwich! Sorry Subway….I’m done with you

I brought my ESA to place in order to go, and the employees immediately dismissed me and my ESA, in front of other guest because K didn’t have my card on me to show them proof! I have never felt so discriminated against and so embarrassed at the same time! When I asked the employee to identify themselves, so I could make a formal complaint, they went to the back and never came back out. I will no longer be supporting this local establishment ever again.

Reminds me of a episode of Kitchen Nightmares, where the owner is clearly focused on squeezing every cent out of customers rather than good service. Obvious vicious cycle in the service industry. This starts with a “No Coupons Sign” in large font in front of the cash register that otherwise tarnishes the nice remodel that was done several years ago. The owner was in the store at the time watching the employees, who were clearly in an aggravated mood and not patient at all as we tried to choose our sandwiches. It’s a shame in this neighborhood that I call home, but suppose I’ll need to travel further to other locations to get my subway fix in the future.

Looked at google, online app and website all said this location opens at 8am … waited from 8-8:15 … lights never turned on. I called the store no lights no answer. DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 8:50 – decided to go back since I work close enough , I asked for extra black olives and was told I could not have extra because of “the formula it was too much”

Super new style Subway with fancy TV menu boards and all new layout. Great looking and great service. Food was fresh, the lettuce was not really fresh and green, more like pre-ripe and white. Overall, good experience though.
