A complete ripoff. I have rarely had a good experience at this location and I won’t be going back after this. I ordered a foot long Titan Turkey, which is supposed to have 33% more meat and cheese. Where is the meat?? It’s the same amount as a regular turkey sub, if not LESS. Bread is stale and crunchy. I had to pick out random pieces of spinach that I didn’t ask for. How are you charging $16 for this? I placed this order for pick up and had I watched them make this sandwich, I know it would look a whole lot different. Absolutely terrible.

Found hair in both my sandwiches, called the store and got told i could come back for them to remake the sandwich but if there is hair in two sandwiches whos to say its not gonna happen again and makes me not comfortable eating at this restaurant

This place is ridiculous. We moved here from out of state in January. Every single time I’ve ordered from here, they completely mess it up. I think we are done coming here. The last 2x they forgot the bacon we paid extra for. Prior to that they forgot Avocado on a sandwich. And this time, they gave the wrong bread, no Avocado again and no pickles. I’ve never complained or called them, but this is just embarrassing. A $17 sandwich from the McDonald’s of sandwich shops shouldn’t be missing items every single time.

New ownership makes a big difference. Wonderful service. The sandwich is made perfectly per order, which you must repeat repeatedly. I loved how this place felt very welcoming. The servers are great. All of them greet you with a smile if they didnot understand. They will ask you to repeat your thoughts very professionally and request that you apologize for not understanding. This place has been here for a decade with new ownership. It felt like a new place for family meals. The best and most important thing is that they accept the coupon. I love the device served with Love. From now on, visit more often.

Thank you to the staff for treating us like a family. I appreciate your kindness and making delicious food.

Worst Subway I might have ever been to, and I’ve been to a ton. Generally a fan of the franchise. The employees just laugh at you when you ask for olives, which they don’t carry. Lady couldn’t speak enough English to tell me if that’s going to be permanent. However they haven’t had them the last two times I tried this place. Sandwich was schlucked together and was barely edible. They tried to put the wrong toppings on at every turn. Absolutely abysmal service. Don’t go to this place.

Horrible service. I’m not the kind to leave a bad and long review but this had to be said to warm people from wasting their time. The people who work here don’t know what they’re doing at all. A child could make my sandwich better. The lady checking us out said she had to do the cups separately, no big deal that happened the last time. We pay, and then when we we’re ready to pay for the cups we’re like “okay I want this cup” (the happy Gilmore cups) she said “um I didn’t charge you for the cups you just can’t take them.” Like full on accusing us of trying to steal the cups (which is impossible because the cups are way back there and we’re behind the counter, we didn’t touch them or anything because that would be impossible), we were asking for the cups to pay for them like she said we could do. And at one point we’re asking for the 3 sandwiches to be a meal, and we told the sides for each sandwich “two chips for two sandwiches and two cookies for the side of the 3rd one” she was completely oblivious and she says “okay 3 chips and two cookies” so we say “no it’s 2 chips and two cookies” and she’s like “yeah that’s what I said” with all the attitude in the world. Even though she made the mistake… Like I’m the one being dumb when she said our order wrong. Pretty sure she rang us up wrong too but she TOOK the receipt before we could even look at it and didn’t give it to us. And the lady making my sandwich I tell her “turkey please with [insert toppings here]” and as she’s making my sandwich she’s like “so no meat or anything right?” Actually insane these people must not train their employees well cause me and the other customers in the establishment were looking at each other like ??? Is this for real?? And there was a teen with his brother having to repeat himself like 10 times to the people working here and looking at him completely lost that he literally just gave up and had them make their sandwich the way they seem fit NEVER COMING BACK HERE. I wish I could get my money back because I KNOW they overcharged me but I can’t because the lady PURPOSELY took my receipt.

I’m a huge fan of subways.
I’ve been buying them at least 2 times at week.
This is the very first time a get a NO when I request extra of certain vegetable.
I even told her I was willing to pay extra for it and she still said NO.

Again I told her I’d give her $100 to add extra of one veggie in specific, and very unprofessional denied again.

This woman needs to know about costumer service BIG TIME.

And she’s the reason why I’ll never come back here again.

I hadn’t been to a Subway in years because all of the Subways in our area were filthy and had terrible service- which is why I was so pleased to see new management take over this location recently. Not only do they now take coupons, the interior is spotless, the hygiene practices are great, and the food actually tastes good. Their service was also lovely, the ladies behind the counter were so friendly. Finally we can have a nice Subway in Fairwood!

Super new style Subway with fancy TV menu boards and all new layout. Great looking and great service. Food was fresh, the lettuce was not really fresh and green, more like pre-ripe and white. Overall, good experience though.
