This is probably the best pizza I’ve had in KC. I ordered delivery and received a text that it’d be 15 minutes late which I really appreciate. The crust was amazing and the cheese was really high quality. I highly recommend supporting our small businesses and trying this place out!

Best pizza I’ve had in the 5 years I’ve lived in KC, by far. High quality ingredients across the board and the crust is amazing. If you need to feed a big group of people this probably isn’t the place to go, but if you just want high-quality and delicious pizza give it a try. Will definitely be back for more!

Finally got a chance to try them out, and I’d highly recommend! One of the better pies in town, and a really good and interesting selection of options and ingredients. Felt like a great classic pizza, but jazzed up in a special way. Definitely coming back soon!

Amazing pizza. They use a sourdough starter for their crust and it creates a flavorful, chewy and crispy crust. Chewiness is just the right amount – not going to exhaust your jaw so you can kill the whole pizza. Cucumber salad is a great pairing and equally delicious.

I heard a personality on KMBZ mention Observation Pizza briefly in passing and was intrigued so I started doing some research and learned about Nick Vella and his dream to own his own restaurant and how he was furloughed from his work as chef de cuisine at The Savoy due to the pandemic and started his “pop up” pizzeria from his home and learned how he had trained his friends how to make his artisan pizzas before he tragically died in a motorcycle accident and I learned how his friends have kept his dream alive. I told my wife the story and we had to try it and we are so glad we did! OH MY! We tried both of their salads and they were wonderful and unique. We had the Betty Davis pizza (we had to research what some of the items were) and it may have been the best pizza we have ever had in our lives. I don’t know how Nick’s friends make his unique crust but it is fantastic. The pizza was nothing short of amazing. We will return again and again for take out and look forward to their brick and mortar location eventually. Be aware they are limited right now and the wait time to drive by to get your pie is long (we placed our order on a Saturday at 5:30pm and they brought it to our car at the scheduled time of 8:00pm) but it is well worth the wait!

The best! We’ve enjoyed the Sinatra and the Betty Davis previously, and tonight we had the Iz, a create your own, and a cucumber salad. Everything was fantastic! We are already repeat customers, and this will definitely stay on our list of favorites.
