We were wondering why the server was telling a man a few weeks ago she closed at 8:30 Even though all signage and online say this location closes at 9 PM. Today we arrived at 7:55 PM and the entrance from the parking lot was locked. Came around the front and the girl inside said she’s waiting for her uber because they close at 8 PM… that’s totally fine, but why does all your doors, online at subway.com, as well as google and Yelp all say 9 PM? It would make sense to tell customers when you close, so they don’t bother you when you’re trying to head home for the day. No one wants to feel like they’re coming in at the wrong time, but no one knows when the right time is if you don’t update your hours it sucks because we just started coming to this location after living in the area for a while, but it’s already not a very reliable option

I come to the subway almost every day for my lunch break and I really like how it’s always quiet, peaceful atmosphere, clean and the workers are really nice too. Especially Jass I actually try to only go there when she’s there because she changes her gloves and pays attention to what you’re ordering which I love. One of the best subways.

I ordered two foot longs online. When I got home with them I was shocked to see how small the portions of the ingredients were. This has been strike three for subway at three different locations. Never going back again.

Highly recommend avoiding this location. I had the worst experience. I went in to order what I thought would be a quick meal. However, when I arrived the employee was taking for ever, waited about 10 minutes to be helped. Finally, when it was my turn he took another 10-15 minutes to prepare my three sandwiches. Then, when I finally got charged, got OVER charged because he didn’t know how to ring-up the “deal of day” which was $9.99 for a foot long. He charged me over $50 because he was individually charging the sandwiches, the drinks & the cookies. I explained to him multiple times that I had gotten the “meal of the day.” He couldn’t or just didn’t understand. Then he said he would re-due the amount and figure it out. At this point I scanned my rewards number and was automatically charged the $50+. He had no idea what was going on and helped the next person in line so he could call his manager!!! I had already been here for over 30 minutes!!! Then when the manager was reached, he offered me to PAY the correct amount then I would be refunded in 3-4 business days the first (wrong) amount!! This is very frustrating no client should have to re-pay what an employee mistakened AND on top of that, be at a SUBWAY for close to 40 minutes for a meal. Oh, and the manager offered two extra cookies for the inconvenience? Is that a joke???? No, I didn’t take the cookies because really??? And I had three kids with me!! Worst, worst, worst service. Save a trip and enjoy a meal elsewhere!

Placed my order online showed up at 8:40pm to pick it up.The store was closed no one there.The store hours posted are 8am-9pm. Tried calling to get a refund.The phone just hangs up on you every time.

It’s a Subway, neither exceptional nor deficient, so you’ll like it or not depending on what you think of that chain. But it’s close, clean, and my app orders are accurate and ready when I arrive to pick them up. There is ample seating if you choose to eat in.

Just remember to order through the app to take advantage of special offers and have your order custom-made and ready when you get there. $14-15 for the size of today’s footlong Subway sub is WAY too much!

Loue/Love (didn’t catch the name exactly) was very nice and polite, he was speedy and cooperative with a difficult customer before us, and he was very clear and helpful in making our sandwiches. Food tastes good just as any other subway is.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I’ve tried to order here a couple times and it’s been a horrible experience every time. The staff are very rude. They refuse to honor coupons, if you order online and they don’t like your order they’ll cancel it, even if you’ve already paid, making you wait for a refund. Which can screw you over if you’re on a very tight budget. And if you do manage to actually get a sandwich here they’re extra skimpy on the fillings. In my footlong there was at least 1/4 of the bread that was empty. Do yourself a favor and never order here.

Horrible service!

Don’t believe fake reviews! My family of six drove here to buy a late dinner, but this rude lady not only won’t take our coupon but right when I said let’s order online, she had the audacity to say that they was closed at 8:30 when it showed 9 PM. She did the same thing to another customer because they had a coupon. This is the second subway that’s doing this. The other one is at super mall.

Subway is losing a lot of business and a lot of customers. They are ruining Subway name! Because my mom lives near by we were weekly customers too. And my sister said she always has problems with this location!

People like this should get out of the service industry. They don’t know how to serve people.

Bye Subway! Giving Jimmy John our business instead. Good luck with these horrible franchises!
