Terrible experience. They completely forgot the Buffalo sauce, which was really frustrating. It’s definitely not worth the trip or the money.

I called five times, and no one answered the first three times, and the other two times, they picked up but disconnected without saying anything. Extremely poor customer service. The food is edible, but they seriously need to improve their service and communication.

I finished ordering over the phone at 7:39pm. The guy taking the order assured me it would be 35-45 minutes for delivery. I was skeptical because it was a Saturday night. My food arrived 1 hour and 36 minutes after I ordered. I would not have ordered if he had been honest about the delivery time.

Unfortunately the food was probably sitting around somewhere because it was dry and semi cold. It wasn’t totally terrible. I guess lesson learned…

First experience we ordered online, and over an hour later my husband drove there. It was sitting there. The manager, after identifying himself later, says they were short of drivers and referred to my husband as King. My husband then told him, “Then my king, say you can’t take orders. Don’t accept orders online.”

2nd experience tonight: Ordered an onion, pepper and beef online. After the pizza arrives 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery, the pizza is cold and beefless. The pizza was also underdone.

I’m good. I’d rather drive to pick up at another store than order from here again. All around service and product was disappointing.

If I could give this store -25 stars, I would. I’ve had more than one bad experience with them. So much so that I totally skip over this location and go to the one in downtown Hampton. I placed my order online and chose to SPECIFICALLY order from the Hampton store. However, I learned that my order was automatically routed to this store due to my address. My order was wrong (as it always is from here) and I’m having to send my husband to the store to get it corrected bc THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve called twice. First time I was on hold for 5 mins then the line went blank. Second time I was on hold for over 10 mins and it went blank again. They really need to gut this store and start over. Fire everyone from the manager down and try again. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get decent service.

Just ordered 1 pizza i wanted and ended up leaving with 2 I didn’t after waiting an additional 20 minutes in the parking lot for 3 wrong pizzas! Just drove 4+ hours traveling for the holidays and all I wanted to do was make it home and get in bed but I needed to feed the kids. Ordered a XL extra beef only new York crust pizza. Simplistic order i ever ordered. One crust, one topping, easy. First pizza had every meat you can imagine. I can’t eat pork. The guy come to the car and says you like all the meats right cause we accidentally put more meat on it. I tell him I can’t eat pork, he says no worries I will make it again just keep this for the kids. I day ok but i do want the one i paid for. He sends another guy outside 10 mind later with a MEDIUM REGULAR CRUST beef pizza . I say this is NOT MINE! But the guy says the other guy told me yall made a deal you can keep the other and this one would be medium. I tell him ABSOLUTELY NOT I want WHAT I PAID FOR. he tells me I will make it AGAIN for the 3rd time and that I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. 3rd pizza comes out XL DOUBLE BEEF REGULAR CRUSTED!!!!!!!! FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL OF GREASE. I say imma just go. Worst experience I’ve had in a LONGGGGGGGGGGGG time! Atheist the kids ate. Goodnight yall!

On 7/31/2025 I place an online order for delivery. Once the order was delivered, one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store location #4114 Tara Blvd and spoke with the manager/AM (Khalil) he never apologized for the inconvenience instead he placed me on an eternal hold. I called back 2 times and the same thing happened. My husband and I went to the store to return the pizza and get the correct one and he totally ignored us. After trying to communicate with him he finally said the pizza was in the oven and should be out soon. Once out it was still incorrect. We ordered extra pepperoni. He came over to the box counted the pepperoni closed it and put a few in a silver tin back in the oven. Once ready his assistant (Twin) came over and tried to put them in the box without gloves. I asked him about it and he went and got tongs to place the extra pepperoni on the pizza. This was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior for a AM/Manager. So disappointed. Never apologized or offered a better solution to our issue. Why place an online order for delivery if I had to come and pick it up. They charged a service fee for delivery and we still came to the store, waited 30minutes for the pepperoni pizza to complete baking and then another 15 minutes for them to make extra
Pepperoni. So disappointed. Until they get more help or better management we will not be going here again. I suggest you all do the same especially if you don’t want to be disappointed as we were.

We had food delivered last night when we received it was room temperature picture attached is of one of the pizzas we ordered extra cheese paid $25 not including tip call back was informed by the manager that I have to send a picture to 1-800 Domino’s which tried to do that would not go through when I asked for us to at least get a remade pizza was informed they’re not remaking pizzas at this time that I just have to go through the process as through their online system that they would more than compensate us. that is not acceptable for food establishment must Less customer service from someone who has worked in restaurant business 30 years Domino’s you need to do better and I’m waiting to hear from the district manager and the manager at the store that was on shift last night July 2nd needs to be retrained

The food that they did pack was terrible, we were missing 3 items, we called back no answer. I would like my money back for the missing items. The 3 teenagers working weren’t able keep up with orders. Looking forward to hearing from somebody.

The food was poor quality pizza I have never had pizza that was over cooked and burnt. To make matters worse the General manager Marcus was very rude and sarcastic when I came into the store this type of leadership in a store is why you have bad workers. Will never order from Dominos again

This is my second and final time ordering pizza from this Domino’s. I spoke with the General Manager Brittany about my Handmade Pan which should come with two layers of cheeses according to the description online. I also paid for extra cheese and sauce and there’s a couple of slices with barely any sauce and cheese on them. She started going on and on about how she made my pizza and she weighted everything out. However, how does the General Manager send out a poor quality pizza? What kind of example is that for your employees?
