I really liked this subway! The hispanic man at the counter is very nice and fast at making the sandwiches. The store and the restrooms are clean and the chips were stocked. The toppings taste fresh.

I recently visited the Subway store, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The store was clean, and the food tasted good, which are essential factors for any dining establishment. However, I encountered significant frustration when attempting to place an online order.
After placing the order and making the payment, it was repeatedly canceled. I reached out to the store, but the staff couldn’t provide a clear explanation or help resolve the issue. This was disappointing because I couldn’t take advantage of online offers and save time, which is one of the main reasons for using online ordering services.
I would recommend the store manager to investigate and address this issue promptly to enhance the overall customer experience. The taste of the food was satisfactory, but the frustration with online ordering needs to be resolved for a more positive experience.

I have given them 4 attempts before this and I’m finally mad enough to write a review they didn’t add anything that I asked, didn’t toast the bread, no cheese they literally made it like it shows on the website pretty sure they just saw tuna sandwich on the top of the receipt and went with it.
Update owner messaged me over email and was courteous and understanding of my frustration these last few times. I will try again and see what happens. I upped my review to 3 stars because she was nice over email.

Total bait and switch. Highly upset that a coupon brought me into this establishment that I haven’t been to in years only to read a printed sign that says only 5 sandwiches can be used with any coupon when coupon explicitly excluded only 5 premium sandwiches. Looks like this location isn’t hurting for business being only far food restaurant located next to 1000+ multi use residential establishments. Gonna try to order from Subway down the road now and if that’s a fail I’ll continue to stick with Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s and Firehouse if they ever come.
UPDATE: I was able to order with coupon code, no restrictions, online, less than 3 miles away no issues at other location.

Very sweet ladies. They always do my sandwich to my personal specs without complaint. And I’m SUPER picky. Like condiments after toasting, but don’t toast w/tuna. Salt and pepper before lettuce…. I’m that one. NEVER had a complaint or turned eye! Go her atleast 2 a month…

I ordered a cold cut combo tonight for delivery. I was excited for having honey mustard on mine, however, I didn’t receive any. Had to add my own mayo to compensate.
It’s a small complaint, but an order is an order. Just wanted to record this mistake. Otherwise, the sandwich was alright.
Edit: there wasn’t any salami AND black forest ham on my cold cut combo?! They could have mentioned that they ran out..was 3 stars, updating to 2 stars..

Terrible customer service experience. Rude employee did not want to serve me and wanted to spend time on her phone instead. As I came in she was busy on her phone, I am waiting. A minute later reluctantly asked me what I wanted and started making sandwich, put it to toast, bake timer is up and she is not bothered and again distracted… I kindly remind her that sandwich has been done and baking in the oven for double the time now. She told me she saw it and don’t need to remind her.. ok well then you can keep this over baked sandwich. Not giving my money to this place anymore.
