Went in to pick up our mobile order today and the sandwich was still being made. The woman making the sandwich had her cell phone on the cutting board where the food was being prepared, and was touching her phone with the same gloved hand being used to prepare the food. This is unsanitary, and could obviously lead to cross contamination. Left without picking up the sandwich and will not go back to this location.

They give half as much meat on their sandwiches compared to every other Subway I’ve ever been to and, claimed five pieces of pepperoni and 5 pieces of salami across a foot long was the normal amount for a spicy Italian.

The guy working there is plenty nice, my biggest issue is why has it gotten to the point that the amount of toppings on my sub can be rolled up and is the size of a fruit roll up??? This last year the toppings have been less and less each visit, and this last visit has put the nail in the coffin for not coming back. I get being frugal with cost of things being what it is, but making us pay $30 for 2 12” pieces of bread with a few pieces of lettuce and 6 olives is not ok…

Went in today around 2:30 and the staff didn’t come to the front for awhile, as soon as I tried to order a chicken wrap they left without saying anything and I heard dishes clanging around in the back for about 5 minutes before he comes out with the pan of chicken. He then starts making a chicken on flatbread and when I kindly reminded him I ordered a wrap he said that’s what he was making. Getting to the end he folded it over like a normal flatbread and when I again asked about my original order he then told me the menu changed and that was the wrap now? I just payed and left because I was done dealing with the situation. I wish he could have told me from the start when I pointed to the wrap on the menu that it was unavailable and I would have ordered something else with no issues. He was very dismissive and was not very kind. Very very far and in between do me and my boyfriend not tip but today was one of those times.

We ordered from the ap. We got a 12″ and a 6″ for around $30. We were shocked at how awful the sandwiches were. The beef didn’t cover the 6″ bread and very little if it, only tomatoe heel used, no pickle, peppercini, no olives or mayo/mustard. The bread on both sandwiches tasted tough like it was in the microwave. No extra meat on the 12 ” that we paid for. Will never go back.

I was unable to see the sandwiches get made at the beginning stages. So when I got home and unwrapped them – I almost thought it was a joke.
I paid $30.58 for bread and lettuce. I ordered an ULTIMATE chicken bacon ranch and received nothing of the sorts. This place is under new management!! And I am furious. 2 foot long subs for $30 and a $5 tip got me BREAD…. I have reached out to the bbb as well as the direct contact for manager Tarun Dhindsa. I want my money back. This is rude! Do better!!! Jersey mikes and other establishments put subway to shame. Thanks for wasting my money and also feeding my family bread and lettuce!!!!!!
