I was greeted when I walked in and asked what I would like to order. Restaurant was clean. But, this review has a few “buts”:
– there’s no warmth or friendliness to the attention I was given. When I asked for a particular type of bread he just said “we’re out of that one.”
– the main door has a terrible, terrible squeaking noise. When I asked if they had put in the work order to fix it, he said, “Oh, I don’t even notice it anymore.”
– The baby’s high chair was incredibly filthy. It’s clear they don’t clean it.
The subs were good though.

Officially done with this location. Ordered through the Subway app over an hour before their closing (at 8pm?! Why does it close at 8?!). Didn’t receive the salad that we ordered, no way to let them know on the app or get money back. Drove down there and arrived 15min before closing- and they had locked the doors. Luckily one of the workers took pity on us and let us in to give $10 back. Then when we finally opened the sandwiches, it of course wasn’t what we ordered. Please explain what this sloppy mess is. There’s so many better Subway franchises and sandwich options in this area, I’m so done with this one.

The employee there is abusive toward any online customers and claims that if you process an order online you are not allowed to pick it up at the store where the pick up rack sits. I had to call the police to warn them of a false police report she threatened to call because I asked for my sandwich which was already supposed to be made over a half hour ago. I’ve never been in a Subway location that refuses online orders and I’m still waiting for a refund because she robbed me today. She refused to process the order altogether she refused to even take my order number and to this moment she still won’t assist online customers. I had to make a formal complaint with Subway since she robbed me today. Do not go here unless you want to be robbed and discriminated by “Robin”. She doesn’t even know what her store number is. This isn’t an employee, it’s a prejudice robber.

Felt like eating Subway today after watching a commercial on TV so I went to the closest one to my house and oh boy how dim the light was and how quiet it was.
I looked around and see what to order and I see a promo they have going on ” A foot long for $6.99 or 6″ for $6.49″ I was approached by this guy on what to order so I then go ahead and ask if I can have a foot long with half and half type of meat. He then responded with “it will be 2 – 6” sandwich instead he said.
So I tried to clarify what he meant and ask are you saying that I will be charge 2 separate 6″ sandwich and he responded YES.
So I go and ask “what happen to the promo right there? He then responded with “Oh that is only for high school students. I then made a comment that you should put that in your promo’s fine print and I then added nothing in this flyer that says its for high school students only.
I was starting to get irritated so instead of leaving empty handed I ordered a 6″ sandwich, but then they didn’t have the bread I wanted so that made it even worst. He claims that they only have 2 types of bread today and did not give any other explanation.
And when it came to paying the sandwich and a bag of chips It ended up costing me $13+ including tax.
Probably will not come back. Not transparent at all in their pricing.

Customer service was great, friendly, helpful, and quick. Wait time was minimal. The food is dependable here, the sandwich made to request, with ingredients tasting fresh and the bread nice and soft just as I like it. I’m glad they continue to offer the veggie patty option, a nice choice for us vegetarians.

Stopped in for my birthday cookie and Justin was just super personable, full on customer focused and had great suggestions to dial your sandwich to the max. Justin made me think differently about how I will order my future sandwiches. He’s a bit of a “sandwich chef” and takes great satisfaction in making people happy! Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere as the AC needs to get fixed. Poor guy was roasting.

Wildly awkward, unprofessional and weird experience. Came at about 2:45pm today and the guy behind the counter was extremely clearly on drugs. He was moving super slowly, kept forgetting each item I asked for and then kept hitting on me throughout. Seriously weird and inappropriate. I was going to order another sandwich but thank goodness he forgot about it because I really wanted to get out of there due to the discomfort while making sandwich one. All 3 employees there were clearly way more intent on cleaning than actually helping customers. None of them said hello or thank you.

Was there with my wife and son about 11:15am. Started to try to order, and the guy behind the counter kept saying “huh”. Probably didn’t help he had an earbud in. Then him and the other guy working, also with an earbud in, were trying to make online orders instead of ours. It took about 10 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Then when I paid, he tried to hand me extra sandwiches that were online orders, even though all three of us had a sandwich in our hand. The 2 guys working were extremely unorganized and they could care less. Only thing somewhat positive was the food was pretty good.
