We placed an order for our office staff today for delivery. Our order was sent to a third party (Uber Eats) and after 45 minutes of waiting it was not even picked up from the store yet because there were no drivers available! The manager had to cancel my order and redo it and then we had to go pick it up. I was not given the free subs that were offered over the phone or even an apology once we picked up the order. The subs that were supposed to be toasted also were not toasted. Worst experience ever with Jimmy John’s. Not freaky fast that’s for sure.

Freaky fast delivery for freaky bad food. Me and my best buddy Sam hung out today. He said my guy we need to order Jimmy’s tonight. I said friend they aren’t good. He said but buddy I got a taste for them! I was like but guy they aren’t worth the money. Then he was like friend trust me. Well let me tell you I am no longer friends with Sam. Look at this “sandwhich”! I paid $12 for a small barely there slice of ham, two pieces of lettuce and mayo? Waste of money, waste of time, and waste of a friend.

Walked in after a long day of work with nothing left in the tank to a lively bunch behind the counter and walked out with a smile on my face and an uplifted spirit because of this team that was serving on Jan 21, 2026 around 5pm….FFFFFF ❤️❤️❤️ that’s the power of servitude!!! And oh… I should also mention- the sub bread is supreme

Ordered a oven baked roast beef and cheddar which I’ve had several times and enjoyed it at different locations. Until now. It was drenched in horseradish sauce to the point the sandwich was soggy. The sauce sponge was delivered to my hotel so I wasn’t going to send it back. I hope this post makes it better for for other JJ customers.

Their delivery service is not freaky fast on the regular. I order delivery on a regular basis and they have been short drivers on several occasions making my delivery arrive late. And sometimes they use uber eats to do their deliveries which means you may be waiting while the driver picks up from other restaurants and delivers to several other locations. They should consider changing their tag line.

Freaky fast, more like freaky slow. It took 45 minutes for our delivery. It wasn’t quite lunchtime (11:15am) & the location is 0.6 miles away. I also HAD TO CALL THE STORE as my delivery was listed as delivered several minutes before arriving, the person on the phone had to call the driver. It feels a bit ridiculous and I won’t waste my time ordering from this location again.

I ordered from this place and live less than 5 minutes away. Yes, your probably thinking why didn’t I just pick it up myself? Well I’m wondering the same now. It took an hour to get my “freaky fast”, and is it really “freaky fresh” at that point, food from this location. It’s pretty ridiculous that I could’ve driven there, ordered, driven back, and finished my food before they were able to deliver. I literally could have just cooked my own food and eaten it faster than they could deliver. The prices definitely don’t justify that kind of wait time. Hopefully they make it right, if not no worries…. Was probably just a sign I should be eating else where anyways ‍♂️ we’ll see .

My first visit here was on 12-18-2023. I ordered the Gargantuan, potato salad, pesto bowtie pasta salad, and a pickle, all online. The order was ready when I arrived. Note that this is a very small venue and seating is very limited, but this was not an issue for me as I was there before 17:00 and it was snowing outside. They do a lot of take-out business but there is no drive-through.

The sandwich was the best that I’ve had of late. The potato salad was good but could have used some salt and pepper, none was available at the restaurant. The pasta salad was very good, as well as the pickle. The staff could have been more engaging, so to speak. I should mention that the order was 100% accurate. I will return.

Second visit on Christmas Eve convinced me that when ordered right, these are by far the best sandwiches that I’ve had so far in this area.

I ordered it online for delivery they had no delivery driver. So I decided to place my order online.
When I got to the store all 4 employees were in the back room together and the order I placed online was not made. When I got to the store In person and All 4 employees walk out of the back room together. My meal I placed online had not been made and all 4 employees looking around like they had no idea what had happened.
Terrible customer service. Im
Not home yet to see if the orders were made correctly.
Sad sad sad

If putting as little ingredients between two pieces of bread was an art, they’d be Picasso. Also I walked in to pick up my order and the worker didn’t greet me and looked bothered. I went back out to wait in my car and never saw anyone put the sandwich in the pickup spot, which seemed intentional but even without this detail this place won’t be open long unless people want to spend $10 for 2 paper thin slices of turkey and bacon on a tiny sandwich.
