I love Subway and I have never thought to stop and check the reviews of any of their stores. But after ordering from this one tonight, I have learned my lesson. I took one bite and decided I would stop and look at reviews. All of these one star reviews talking about gross tasting, food and sandwiches that barely have any actual fillings on them are 100% accurate.

This store should be closed down. I’m just throwing this $20 chicken, bacon, ranch away. Now I have to spend my money and time finding other food for the night.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The server was extremely rude. I don’t eat meat, but she started making my sandwich on the same bread she had just used to make a meat sandwich. When I politely asked her to please change the bread, she reacted with unnecessary comments and kept saying things that were completely unprofessional.

Because of the poor attitude and lack of respect for customer preferences, I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. The customer service was very bad, and I will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately a worker with a poor attitude and unwelcoming tone such as the one I’ve been receiving for the past two times will drive customers to go elsewhere. 12/15/25. 12:00 at night I was served by a heavier set lady who asked me right as I walked in what I wanted, what bread, what size impatient and bothered someone is coming in She continue to give us a terrible tone and proceeded to get impatient as we weren’t as fast as her. I’ve worked in customer service and in the food business being kind and patient will get you further than being rude, whether you like it or not you need this job! It’s clear or else you wouldn’t be such a Debbie downer working a graveyard shift (absolutely the easiest shift ever), your rudeness will get noticed sooner or later. Keep being rude and I’ll come in and give you a hard time!

“The 12-inch sandwich had very little meat compared to its size, yet it was quite expensive. The person making the sandwiches didn’t seem interested in talking, and spoke so quietly when asking if I wanted to toast my sandwich that I couldn’t even hear them. Overall, it was the worst sandwich and service I’ve had, and definitely not worth the price.”

I have been to this Subway after concerts on many occasions. I typically come back from Seattle at about 12 to 1 am and its a convient stop for a late night sub. Normally I have had no issue but last night that changed. My group and I (6 of us) stopped in after a concert. All we did was walk in we had not even said anything and the girl looked at us and said she was alone and there was too many of us and would not be able to serve us. She was checking out 2 customers at the time. They were done and our group was willing to be patient and wait. Even if it took her awhile to make them. We were in no rush and did not mind.
I feel like considering it was late at night and they probably dont get a ton of business at that time I would imagine making 6 subs, between the tips, chips, drinks, and cookies we definitely would have gotten they would have made some pretty good money.
We were fine moving onto a different place, however I felt this was unprofessional and rude just because you are too lazy to deal with a mid size group. As someone who works in food service I could not imagine turning customers away like that with no valid reason. If we had been disrespectful or something of the sort I understand but we had not even said anything but hello when she turned us away.
Will definitely not be returning.
Hope the next group has a better experience.

This might actually be the worst subway I’ve been to… I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this shouldn’t be ok. The girl serving me tonight was on a FaceTime call the entire time, touching her phone with the same gloves she was preparing my food with. Cleaning the counter with the same gloves on. If you have the time, drive to another one.

Really bad experience with the food at this subway franchise. As someone that did years in the industry as management I believe the ingredients are being left out longer than they’re meant to be, which is a huge food safety issue if so. This is my second time ordering from this location. And I never will again. Each time I have felt sick after just a couple bites. I had to throw it out this time after 3 bits and reorder from another location. I’m not picky but I genuinely felt sick to my stomach and it was the same sub I always order. So something is not up to par with either their machines or the employees leaving items out to long. I will be calling in to speak with management about this. The first time I tossed it up to maybe they were rushing and busy, but to have it happen a second time is outrageous. Its was extremely bad and the fact that this is typically how food tastes when it’s left out too long I know from experience, is an huge concern.
