Lady working there was not very good at making sandwiches. For context, the store wasn’t busy. The lady was stingy with how much roast beef went on the sandwich (put two pieces); same thing can be said about the veggies that were put on. The only thing she was a little generous with was the mustard, even though my wife asked for a little bit of it.

Would be super if you guys would hire more than one poor person to handle dinner and lunch rush. 8 people in line and waiting for over 30 minutes, because this poor human is running themselves ragged trying to keep up with the demands of a bunch of people at once. Service from this individual was phenomenal regardless. You should appreciate your employees a little more.

The girl that helped me she was good and super nice BUT the guy there that was working with her was rude. I walked in with my friend the girl was helping both of us. While she was charging me the guy didn’t bother to help her finish my friends order instead he jumped to the next customer. My friend told him he had another sandwich to be made and he responded with “she going to finish it” like why is it hard to help your coworker to finish an order? Anyways he helped the next customer and when he finished charging the customer they kepted talking and talking and wouldn’t let the girl wrap my friend’s sandwiches. Idk if he racial profiled my friend because he black but regardless he was rude and decided to help the lady because it was his type of people.

I ordered a footlong Baja Steak & Jack melt. Delivery time was right on. However my sandwich was cold. There was just slices of cheese not melted. I called our local Subway after 15 calls I finally got thru to an Indian guy I think. His name was BK and could hardly speak English. He couldn’t even give me the manager’s name. Will be calling tomorrow to get a refund.Just ridiculous!!!!! Learn English!!!

Both employees were wearing masks but one was not covering their nose. I asked for the other person to make my sandwiches – which were great. Masks won’t work unless they are used properly and you are literally standing over and breathing on food that my family is about to eat, please start taking this seriously!
