Stopped by a local Subway in Bellevue and Kirkland. It was nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The store itself was a bit narrower than the typical Subway layout, making it feel slightly cramped during the lunch rush. Parking was a bit of a challenge since it’s part of an older, smaller strip mall with limited spots. That said, I always appreciate seeing a high food safety rating displayed prominently, and this location had one. The service was friendly, and the space was kept clean, which made for a smooth and satisfying visit.

The older woman who works at this location is so sweet! The sandwich was delicious and what I remember Subway tasting like at its prime. I’d definitely recommend this location over the ones in the downtown core!

Me and my friend walked in for some sandwiches and the lady was very nice to us and even gave us cups for water without even asking which is kind of her. The service was almost to good place was a little slow so we got the food very quick. Would recommend here than any other subway in bellevue!

Nice, elderly owner and staff make a good sandwich, but this location never accepts corporate coupons nor advertised promotions. Such advertising scams are a form of bait-and-switch, which state franchise law ought outlaw.

The lady is pleasant to talk to and fast at preparing the sandwich, the toppings look fresh. However the preparation is severely lacking: very few toppings used, assembly was horrendous she just threw them together, ‘extra’ yields very little, and lettuce is used generously at the beginning to make it look full. Sauce only used one like and sandwich was squished unpleasantly. Really wish the lady’s sandwich making skills were as decent as her customer interaction (or at least half as decent honestly).

This place is horrible. None of the employees speak English properly. The lady wouldn’t make me a meatball sub because they were closing in 30 minutes( btw it was 5:30pm and Google maps said open till 7pm and the door said 7pm but I looked a bit harder and seen the pencil 6pm) and she would have to make more meatballs, so I ordered a #3 “the monster” she tried to tell me she was out of that also but I was looking right at the steak, bacon, and cheese!!! So I had to explain the sandwich to her and that all the ingredients were right in front of me.
I specifically asked her not to toast or microwave it, and she didn’t even slow down as she put it in the toaster. I stopped her and reminded her no toaster so she pulls it out and puts it right in the microwave. This time I got a little loud when I said no no no microwave either.
I was beside myself when she tells me she is not gonna make me a sandwich. I didn’t know what to say or do- here is this employee who don’t want to sell me a sandwich because she attempted to do something to my sandwich that I asked her not to do, and I said something to her so she would stop.
Last but not least I attempted to place my order through the app first but it tells me I can’t use my buy one get one free coupon at this location when I verified on the website that this store accepts coupons
I have no idea what’s going on at this store but I’ll never go there again, and hopefully I can stop several others from going there and getting similar treatment.

Nice lady very efficient in making sandwiches, but has a sign in their restaurant that says they don’t accept coupons especially subway coupons, I was tempted to just walk out but because I was hungry and I had her already make the sandwiches that I bought for other people, I paid the bill in full. But was very disappointed that they didn’t honor the coupons. All I was trying to do was feed a bunch of hungry veterans, friends and family.

Employees are very sweet but they’ve forgotten multiple toppings on multiple sandwiches before and they don’t accept coupons which is downright infuriating because I was so excited to have a subway near my job. Without coupons I literally can’t justify spending money here a lot of the time, if ever, because subways way too expensive for what you get already.
