Weds night at the drive thru. 3 foot longs, all 3 were made incorrectly. Didn’t find out until we got home so packed them up, drove back and went inside. I was irritated and came off aggressively while Erica was stand off-ish so to say it was a rough start is mild. After some back and forth, everything was resolved and Erica was very accommodating and pleasant. None of it was her fault and we both agreed that the drive thru kiosk is the problem. Moral of the story… just go inside and save everyone from the potential trouble. Thank you again Erica.

Waited in drive through at window for 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. sandwich was not toasted and eggs and meat was ice cold. Not very impressed that it took 45 minutes to make 2 sandwiches with no one else ordering inside or out side. Won’t be coming back to this location. 1/18/26 11-11:47.

For a subway this is the best by far in bend/Redmond area. This place fills your sandwich full and has great flavor. The employees were younger people and were friendly enough to us. Unlike other subways locally this one put enough lettuce with the first pass there was no need to ask for more unlike other locations where to even get a cup of lettuce you have to ask 3 times. So overall they did great. This one give the right portions of meat on a sandwich. I ordered the pepperoni, salami, and ham and they gave me 6 slices of each meat. I then ordered double meat and was very happy.
I seen other people given reviews about long wait times at the drive-through. I went inside the restaurant and had no long wait time at all, and they did have a line in front of me and behind me but they were very fast and efficient.
I just can’t say good enough words about this location. Thank you to the owner. Thank you so much. I enjoyed my meal with you guys today and I will be back.

They could be bothered less by the people in the drive thru. Disappointing when they won’t answer the window when I’m the only car there, 20 minutes AFTER placing my order in person.

I used to work at Subway and for a long time nobody has made my sandwich right, but Austin this morning made my sandwich perfect. He was also super nice to my son and me. I really appreciated both the sandwiches and his service. Definitely coming back to this Subway again! Thank you Austin

I hate to sound like a really old lady but….. the music was too loud.
The first people to ask what I wanted should take human interaction 101. I told them I was hearing impaired gal. The volume of her voice did not increase. I informed them that the counter top made it impossible for me to read her lips. She talked real fast and asked multiple questions at one time. Finally the other employee stepped in. Even still the lack of training on customer interaction was obvious. I will not return.

I got 5 sandwiches and a cookie and all of them tasted like the oven they used was not cleaned and they all tasted like charcoal in addition to all the sandwiches missing either sauce or cheese. I will not be ordering from this location anymore
