Eric who is the manager at the subway located on 900 N Austin Ave Georgetown should be fired for the treatment I received today. I am a regular that spends a lot at the store. I requested to have my sandwiches toasted and was denied this request. Eric needs to be sacked as he will cost Subway many customers if this is the treatment t other customers are receiving over toasting a sandwich.

Slow service from both employees and rolling of the eyes from girl employee when I asked her to spread out the onions on my sandwich instead of stacked up. Olives mixed in with lettuce; employee needs to speak up; could barely hear her or understand her…definitely not a good visit for that sandwich price.

Just got back from eating here, was greeted right away, and the staff was very friendly. In and out quickly, with a quick lunch. This subway is nice, its bigger than the ones ive come across, and the halloween decorations made it very Octoberish. Glad I stopped by, and if in town again, cant wait to come back

Came here on a Tuesday night about 9pm. There was four of us and we all ordered full meals and the two ladies were quick and super friendly. We al had coupons and they helped us settle the transaction quickly and efficiently.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Subway. I placed an express order today and sandwich wasn’t ready when I got there. Then had to wait 20 more minutes to get my sandwich that I could not cancel online. That was a total of one hour for an express order. So being stuck with the order I waited. Once sandwich was made I left for home. First picture is the wetness from the sandwich that leaked all over my brand new car. Second photo is the soaked through bag.

The two women working there didn’t seem to care if you were there or not to place an order. Got backed up to like 5 people. The guy in front of me bailed because you stopped taking cash as tender????? It cost you a % to accept plastic. Some people don’t have plastic. I don’t understand unless you can’t trust your employees to count money? If it’s a Covid thing you’re a little too late, you should have started that several years ago. I eat Subway at least once or twice a week. This store was weird today.
