I worked there. They do not properly sanitize the ice machines and mold grows inside them. The dishes are not properly washed and half the employees rarely wash their hands. Tables and chairs are only wiped down once MAYBE twice a day. And the cherry on top- the manager is passive aggressively rude and condescending (The new gal brought in by the new owners who berate and belittle their employees; causing 3 of my coworkers to leave due to it turning into a hostile work environment.) Just a scummy place for employees and customers to waste their time on. Do yourself a favor and just go to Jimmy John’s or the 4 other sandwich shops in town. They don’t recycle expired produce & meat like they do.

We waited in line for at least 20 minutes to get to the kiosk, an additional 10-15 minutes to get to the window after ordering. We finally get to the window and they tell us it’ll be an extra 15 minute wait because they didn’t have enough hot meatballs for 2 sandwiches ready. The wait for the meatballs would have been totally fine if it didn’t take us over 30 minutes just to get to the window. We left and went to the Subway on 97, we drove there, ordered, and got our food in less than 10 minutes.
