I went to Subway today so satisfy my Subway craving (happens like twice a year) and the Eagle Point location just made my desire for them cease to exist entirely now. I went through Drive-thru because I had two toddlers in the car and appreciated the convenience of it— the 25 min long wait with absolutely no other cars wasn’t even the issue here, it was the fact I ordered 2 sandwiches and one was completely wrong (and expensive mind you) and then there was notes written on the liner paper that touches my sandwich. I was disgusted. Not only that, but I had tried to call the store back countless times and no one answers at all nor is there a voicemail machine to even let them know. unfortunately I was already back home to discover these issues or I would have just turned back around. This was absolutely unacceptable to have ink touching peoples food and no way of customers to inform the store of their neglegence.

Parking not the best and not the easiest to get to. Customer service is good other than that just a typical subway.
Edit: My mom recently went through the drive thru, was never given the option for a tip, yet $1.08 was taken off for a tip without her permission. Also she had request for her receipt and was not asked if she wanted one. Maybe just me but that seems a lil sus.

Management should be fired. One person working at a time. If one walk in and one person in the drive thru are there someone is waiting 30 minutes to get helped. It’s pretty pathetic.

If I could give them a zero I would. Service is terrible. They messed up my order but I didn’t realize it until I got to work. When I called them they didn’t answer, (I was later told by their staff that they have the ringer’s turned off). When my husband went down to request a refund on my behalf he was told I needed to bring the sandwich in. When I went in after work, with the sandwich, the employee first said she would get me a supervisor then refused to refund me, then stated she was the supervisor. I was stuck with uneaten messed up sandwich & fake sympathy.

i am very understanding with wait times, especially right now seeing as so many businesses are understaffed but this subway is something else. the wait time in the drive thru was super long, per usual, but we assumed the staff must have been busy inside so, you can imagine our surprise when we drove by the front windows and there were no customers in. the food is still fine but the service at this location is subpar at best. also our sandwich wasn’t cut all the way.

The subway at this location in Eagle Point is okay. We have eaten there several times, and the sandwiches are decent..
I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to eat at this particular Subway. But if I was in the area, and super hungry, they’re better than some other places. It is nice that they have a drive-thru available, especially as parking is a little tight in this corner of the strip mall. Anyways, next time you visit, you know what you’ll get, a sandwich!

Don’t do alot of reviews but do not eat at this one, the people are ok but the bread is skinnier and even the flat bread is thin and if i can post my pic i will….not sure if it’s all subways but you can clearly see the difference

I believe this will be my last time at this store. The gal that helped me seemed to not know food safety and I should have refused my sandwiches or stopped her. What was more shocking was the guy helping her make my 3 sandwiches had a name tag that included “Supervisor” below his name and didn’t say a word about how she was handling the meat she was putting on the counter then on my sandwiches. No I wouldn’t recommend this store, not sure how many unsafe practices happen behind the scenes.

When you express that you wanted to order on the app, but it was confusing and frustrating. You might expect someone to say, “oh could I help you with that?” But that’s not the case in this store, they just look at you blandly as if they don’t care because apparently they don’t care.

We stopped in to grab a sandwich to take with us for a picnic on the river. The place was empty of customers on the inside. However, the drive-through ( they have that at this eagle point location) was busy. We understand she was alone and that the store was busy
She was helping the drive-through customers, perfectly understandable. We stood there for close to to minutes ( seems like 20 when you’re standing there lol)
Normally a clerk would say something to the effect of, “hello, I’ll be with you in a moment “. This girl… Nothing. And there was a break in her communication with people in the drive through, in between cars. So Service 1 star. Would be 0 if possible. Food? No clue, we left.
