Each and every time I visit with my family, the slims crew is always ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns we have! Our food is always hot and fresh. Love coming to this location specifically because it’s in a small town and sure does give small town friendly vibes! The General Manager Travin always comes out to check on us and how our visit is going! Definitely a great choice as a leader!

Today went to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru which I ordered 5 minutes before leaving the house. Got to the restaurant to be asked to pull to the window, Waited 10 minutes before anyone even opened the window to give up an update or tell us what we are waiting on or anything just waiting 10 minutes for anything. We get the order and there is no sauces in anything, Not inside of the meals or in a side container there is none I tell the woman at the window and she tells us she would have to charge for sauce before I tell her we got none of them and she asks for the receipt before she will give us any of them. This is the 4th time ordering from this location that all sauces are missing from a mobile order. Got home to find on one of the meals they completely forgot to even put the fries in my meal.

My team is working out in Levelland and so I ordered a lunch from here for all of us.
We had both trucks in use so we really couldn’t run down the street to get food.
I ordered three meals and three drinks.
30% of the meal cost was delivery fees.
When the delivery got here, we only had two out of the three drinks, and zero ranches.
The meals were supposed to come with ranch and we ordered extra as well.
When I called the restaurant, the manager told me that there is nothing that they can do about the missing items.
Can you send another driver, since I paid for delivery? NO, but you can come pick them up!
What about a partial refund for the missing items? Not on online orders, but you can come pick them up.
This is more of a systems and process issue that slims corporate should be aware of – if you offer delivery, you should have a process in place to address order issues.
Anyway, I don’t recommend this place.

Slim Chickens in Levelland is hands down our favorite restaurant! The food is always incredibly fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. What truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff—everyone is consistently polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. A special shout-out to Kat, who goes above and beyond to make every customer feel valued. She ensures you’re taken care of like you’re the most important guest in the room. Highly recommend!

Waited 15 minutes at the window and there was only 3 people sitting down inside, not busy. Got home, tenders were barely warm and fries and toast were cold and hard. Unnacceptable to wait that long and still receive cold food. No point of addressing management they shrug it off or ignore your comments. This location is not it.

Went inside for a dine in experience.Spoke with the employee working the counter about an option we did not see on the digital display and something they used to have. Stating we like to have tenders and wings as a family. He new what we where asking for and explained they took it off but they have a card version of it behind the counter. Awesome we took the card looked it over gave him our order and additional items needed. Needless to say that was a waste of time everything we tried to order he replied with sorry we are out of that or can’t make that at this time. How does a chicken house not have chicken and why offer the card if you don’t have the products? After reading the reviews we now understand why the parking lot was empty on a Friday night. Needless to say Braum’s was on point and very affordable. Don’t bother with stopping in as they apparently don’t need the business.
