Normally have zero problems with this location placed an online order for 2 12″ sub sandwiches and 12.00 in 12 cookies, my GF picked up the order and there was a new kid not the regular gentleman working who didn’t have the sandwiches ready and had her bag the order herself, and did not give her to 6 whit chocolat macadamia nit cookies and the 6 white chocolate and raspberry cookies, that I paid 12.00 for..

INCREDIBLE!! I’ve eaten in Subway’s all across America. This is the first one I’ve been in that was so clean and organized, that I thought it was their first day in business and still getting the place ready for customers tomorrow. Not so, they’ve been open a few months now. I didn’t feel rushed placing my order, yet there were other people doing the same as I was. All their food items were super fresh and I ordered their Wednesday (Day Special) Turkey Breast on a super fresh Wheat Roll with ALL the fix ins’ and what a meal–along with beverage & chips of my choice. All for $5.00.

The place was dirty. The staff was dirty. The girl behind the counter was toughing the food for the sandwiches with her bare hands and the touching her face and hair, then touching the food again. Never did I see her wash her hands. She was also play music on her cell phone the was very offensive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I didn’t even order after what I saw I just left.

The Talent Subway had their grand opening today and me and my family went in. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! They had cake, tote bags, pencils, and even subway hats for everyone! We got free sandwiches with a purchase of a drink! I had such a great experience here! Thank you dinner and a good time!

The service is always hit or miss. Always spend more than 20 minutes trying to get sandwiches out. Today was the worst, I was not greeted, the employee, myckie, must have been in a bad mood because she did not engage in conversation nor try to act friendly at all. She also did not know how to make the sandwich I asked for and tried to continue, must have thought I wouldn’t notice. I ordered soup and there weren’t any cups so she put it in a coffee cup, not measuring how much should have actually been served so I paid for a half portion. I love subway but will not be buying from this location again!

We stopped for lunch thinking we would be in and out and stood in line forever. However, it wasn’t the woman making sandwiches fault. Instead I blame the owner or corperate for being cheap. I watched her try to put on gloves over and over and they just tear. What a waste of time for customers, the company, and the woman making sandwiches. I mean its a kitchen in full view of the public, even, and gloves of course must be change often. So maybe Subway should spend a couple bucks more and buy some decent vinyl gloves. Not only did I have to stand in line for an excessive amount to time becuase of subway’s inability to provide staff with proper matterials, but I’ve also had to leave this lengthy stupid review which is another waste of my time. Cheap… >:(

I’ve been to this subway multiple times and Ive always had amazing service. I went in recently and cheyanne was very very rude and did not have any customer service skills. I do not know if I will return because my experience was absolutely non acceptable.
