Sandwiches and soup were good but the young, shorter dark haired girl was just trying to rush us thru as fast as she could, my sandwich was a disaster. Couldnt even eat it, had to ask for a fork. Restrooms are always disgusting!!!

The lady was in a hurry so much so that when we got our sandwiches everything was thrown all over the place! Way to much sauce caused the bread to become soggy! Afterwards only about 30-60 mins later my significant other had become extremely ILL knowing it was the sandwiches because that was the only thing we had eaten for the day!

The gentleman (failed to look at his name) but the receipt says “served by 1474” things got super busy and he was on it! He was so sweet and calm. Because I knew he was in a hurry I started stumbling over my own request. He patiently stated it’s okay and carried on without missing a beat. Great job! Definitely tipped!

I love Subway. the food is great and although the prices are getting kind of high you at least get a pretty good amount for your money. the employees are always wonderful and willing to go the extra mile. another thing I’d like to point out is there are three subways in our area and I regularly go to all three. I’ve never had a bad experience. clearly Subway knows how to hire excellent employees.

They don’t put orders in the order. They receive. I was there to pick up an oil line order. And it got skipped because seven people walked in.. if that’s the conduct of the professionalism, shame on them.

I placed an order online using the app and the order went through charged my card and actually said the order was ready for pick up at the Coos Bay Oregon store. I showed up at the store and it was completely closed and dark with handwritten signs on the door saying sorry we’re closed. That’s about as bad as it gets, so not only am I out the money for my sandwich I’ve been totally inconvenienced and I don’t even know how the heck to get a refund. Pretty bad! It doesn’t really get that much worse.
