I live nearby and visit this location often. I love this Subway and am surprised it has such a horrible average review. In my experience, they can get busy if you visit during the lunch rush hours, but I always get there a bit earlier and more times than not, I have been able to walk right up (or wait momentarily for one person ahead of me). There was only one time, awhile ago, when I visited during lunch and it was an insanely long wait. And as other reviewers mention, it can take even longer because they also have a drive thru and online orders. But I have been to several Subways all over and I would say that this one is still well managed. The ingredients are always fresh and the sandwich space is clean (I’ve been to some locations that were a huge mess and questionable to even eat). The different employees I’ve talked to have all been great. The sandwiches are consistently delicious and a fantastic deal. If you visit, just make sure you go early so you can avoid their lunch rush.

I had the Monster Philly, it was pretty good. The service was fine. It took me a minute to decide which table to sit at that was the least dirty. Apparently the patrons should also clean the toilet as the employees do not. There was a ring in the toilet which tells me it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. There is a scrubber next to the toilet so I cleaned it so the next person had a pleasant bathroom experience. The sink is also dirty. I always check the bathroom at establishments, that tells me whether the kitchen is safe. Hope I don’t have the squirts later. It’s VERY hard to find good help these days, people who take pride in a job well done. Work ethics is a thing of the past.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They took care of our special requested sub sandwich. All’s good here! We ate inside because the double meatball foot long sandwich was big and messy. It sure was great eating. We talked about going to subway for the longest time and have the meatball sandwich. Now, I’m seating in Subway and the female staff member was singing, “like a virgin”. What more could you ask for. Enjoy your meal at Subway!

The young ladies working did their best but it really wasn’t good enough. Very long wait to order, no cookies available, only 2 kinds of bread, out of ham, etc., etc. One of the employees came and went contributing to the long wait. Would not stop again.

Need to hire more staff or get more than 1.5 to do actual work. Poor people are overwhelmed. No one can answer drive through or acknowledged window. No one has time to clean. 10 min wait just to go inside to wait some more. People were walking away from line. Online orders get all priority to in person.

3mployees were intensely rude to my husband and when I came in to see why they put their hands up in my face and refused to help us. the problem- the night before we were given cold inedible sandwiches and when we tried to go back the next night (as we were told the could be replaced no charge) they refused to do it. I asked why, they said.they needed the reciept. I said I check all through me car and must have tossed it with the disgusting DANGEROUS sandwiches. her response. “too bad”

They had no bread I had to have flatbread. Plus I had a bad experience in Ashland the service was good here but I’m striking out on subway every time I go lately it seems like there’s a problem and I don’t like that I like to go in get myself and have it run smoothly. They should have had fresh baked bread but they didn’t I know that happens at times but they didn’t even have any in the oven so I’m disappointed again and Subway second time in a week
