Clean restaurant, good food.
Veggies behind the glass all looked fresh and were well stocked.
Staff making the sandwich was new and very inexperienced and didn’t know basic information about their products or active promotions. Thankfully that is something that will improve with time.

Elizabeth is fantastic. Super quick at making the subs. Perfect amount of ingredients. Very sanitary, washing hands before and after each customer. Clean work space.

i also used to work at this location, it was chaotic, untamed, and managed very poorly (in my opinion).
Food quality can be really good and sometimes not good, it’s pretty hit or miss.

My daughter and I swing in for sandwiches often on my way to work nights. The employees here are amazing and friendly and always make our stop fun and enjoyable. My daughter is picky and will always ask for “half this” or “double that” and they give her exactly what she wants every time. This location is our favorite and the staff are the best in Salem. We love you guys!! ❤️
