I got a boiled corn not roasted. It’s cool it still tasted good the way I ordered it. Lemon pepper and butter. I really wanted a roasted corn. Maybe they ran out. Other than that it was still surprisingly good. Worth the wait I guess

A 1 room take and go spot in the center of Midtown Ruidoso…right off Sudderth and Eagle across from Noisy Water winery. Amazing roasted corn on the cob. You can get arroz in a cup or roasted in the husk as a snack or to take home. Best side you can get for your vacation rental BBQ!
